I really want to shout out Jo (on front desk) and Farrel (in the workshop) I was turned away from numerous garages for a “tricky” light bulb change. However these ladies sorted this out for me in less then 20 mins! They were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly persistent! They did not give up! Their persistence saved me nearly £500. Just what a young mum needed during this difficult time. Thank you ladies! I will be back!”

Took my car for an Audi service a year back and they said all my brake pads and disks needed replacing imminently. I took my car into Birbeck Autos and asked for all to be swapped. Paul and his family said that none of them needed replacing and showed me all of the disks and pads and how they were fine. They are truly honest, great pricing and very trustworthy. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. Please go here, I'd honestly advise going here before a main dealership, as they have the expertise and honesty, that you won't get from a main dealership. 10/10 for me 5*, love these guys. “My sister-in-law had some beautiful flowers delivered in a Vintage hat box for her birthday, I was so impressed with them I noted the details and contacted Kim to ask her to do a couple of arrangements for me for Mothers day. I chatted to Kim on the phone about what to have and she suggested that she had some lovely ceramic pots and could do an arrangement in them. They were hand delivered on Sunday morning, Kim said she would sort her delivery route so that the flowers were delivered at a time that suited me. The flowers were beautiful and the ceramic pots were stunning. So nice in fact i have asked Kim to make one for me. I would give Kim 10 stars if that was an option. My Mum was over the moon so I am a very happy customer indeed and I will 100% use Kim again.”

Sammy got my car in the next morning and identified and fixed the issue the same day. He took the time to show me the part he replaced and showed me what the issue was which is above and beyond.
