“Great place for kids and adults, long country walk with wild deer roaming about ( you can see them if your if your quite) little cafe there with cakes and ice cream and food to feed the deer with. Massive lake to walk round with big open fields. A lot of people take their gazebos and have birthday parties there! You can walk for miles through the trees.”

“Only popped in for a drink and to feed the child. Honestly the quality of the children's dinner has definitely made this a place I'm coming back too. It's a propa old pub with some characters in there. Staff were so friendly (a special thanks to the lady that booked my daughter under 'princess') Really warm welcoming and friendly pub plus the food was excellent. Everyone there was having a good time. Thank you for this one off visit as I'll definitely be back with the family.”

“Had a fantastic brunch here Highly Recommended!! The staff were welcoming and happy to help despite a very busy and chaotic service, they made you feel nothing was too much trouble. Although ridiculously busy all the staff were more than happy to accommodate our endless drink requests. The food was to a high standard, I would be happy bring my boss, my mum, or my friends here. I sound like I'm gushing but I really enjoyed my brunch here. Prices were in line with what I would expect. I'd like to thank Melissa, Freya and Tara in particular. Check my photos for the menu. “This hotel is immaculately clean,the service was outstanding everywhere , the room had nothing at all wrong with it ,the product range in the bathroom were lovely.Beautifully comfortable bed with great pillows , slept like a baby. We weren't going to have breakfast but OMG ,the choices were outstanding, even down to the sections of breads.We were so pleased that we decided to have breakfast here as this was not the usual mass produced , cheap hotel style fodder,occasioned to other Hotels.The freshly made healthy fruit drink was a lovely extra. The bacon was divine, along with everything else served . The little added extra touches like the fresh flowers etc made our stay adorable. Congratulations to a fantastic team and an extremely well run establishment.Thank you.”
