“I had my 60th birthday party at Hudson Place last Saturday. Lisa and her staff were amazing from the organisation to the day of the party. The wine bar is perfect for a party where you can dance or sit in a quieter part of the bar. There is also a courtyard to sit outside if you need. The drinks were served without any waiting. We had Prosecco And beer on arrival and their staff were so attentive making sure your glass was topped up. Cocktails are amazing too. We had 70s disco music which everyone enjoyed.”

“Hired Mill End CC for my Son’s 6th Birthday Party. Was able to hire both the Main Hall & the Large Garden which was ideal for a kids birthday party in Summer. Sylwia was a delight to deal with, met us to show us around, and answered any queries we had promptly. Plenty of tables / chairs and space to adequately cater for any number of guests from about 1-30. Use of kitchen to prepare food also very helpful, and I thought the cost of it all was very fair.”

“This was surprisingly a great little chill spot with good tasting food. I was expecting bland bar food, but got very tasty meal, the cheese burger was really juicy and tasted like it was made fresh and not from frozen patties. Drinks service was a bit slow because the place was crowded but this comes with Friday nights I guess.”

The Forum was perfect for our needs, with a great technical team on hand for any problems. Nothing was too much trouble and the coffee was really good! “Totally delicious lunch! Restaurant was very busy with festive groups but this did not impact on the service provided. Lovely staff who were attentive, friendly and professional. We ate from the festive menu and the food was excellent. My friend said it was the best pork belly she had ever had in a restaurant and my turkey was full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended.”

“This is an absolutely fantastic pub for Sunday dinner. The meal was very well prepared and the staff were friendly and answered all of our food allergy questions. I had a traditional Sunday roast which included all the relevant trimmings. The draft beer was also excellent. I would most certainly come back again. This restaurant accepts tips when paying by card.”
