And guess i was feeling so much better just in two treatments! After a few years i had a fall and i was taking painkillers, had x rays and physio but nothing helped until i saw Jeremy again and after a couple more sessions i was perfect and back to normal life. If it wasn’t Jeremy i would have ended no where. Iam very please i was recommended and i have also recommended a few friends and family members who are all very happy with his professional treatment!”

Pugal did what he did and is a very patient, professional and kind individual. There were moments where I was screaming like a baby but in all goodness I came to the clinic with crutches and left walking. All this within an hour, definitely recommend seeing this Physio practice beforehand. Prices are very affordable and location is very nice with loads of parking.”

You are welcomed with a smile and clean, specious changing facilities. The gym also benefits from a rather large surface area with three floors dedicated to different training aspects, all under the backdrop of a fab climbing wall. There are tranquil areas also to take a peaceful break which I can compare to 5* hotel lobbies. Very well designed and aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely advise others to come and experience the gym, definitely one of the best I have visiting.”
