“I spent several months with Philip, and whilst our time together felt short nearly a year later i'm still able to see a profound change to many areas of my life as a consequence of our sessions. Philip taught me how to ask myself the right questions when I couldn't make sense of the patterns I was falling into. Personally suffering from anxiety and post-traumatic stress, Philip helped me gain a better understanding of my trigger points, how to handle flashbacks/disturbing thought. Ultimately, Philip helped me to make decisions about seeking professional help but I'll certainly be back once life allows (covid) to continue our weekly sessions. Cannot recommend more! :)”

“Mandy is one of the most kindest, compassionate and understanding people i have ever met. I had just came out of a 7 year abusive relationship when i started seeing her. I was advised by a doctor it may help to speak to someone i didnt know. The old me would have said no way! But at this point in my life i had nothing left to loose.
