“Liz came for a meet and greet with us with and we went through all of our worries and needs (hes  a puppy with poodle in him so tends to get over excited and bark!) As we work full time and have  family helping us day to day Liz has had to  meet us all. Jasper adores his time with Liz twice a week on walks. Liz has been amazing and given some great advice, she always updates me on how his walk has been and often there's a photo to go along with it. I'm so pleased with how its going with his walks and in time when he's ready hope for him to join up with another dog or even group walk. Liz is kind, professional and has settled my mind that Jasper is safe and happy with her... he is already waiting at the door when she picks him up.  As we are going through training with our pup it was great to know I can let Liz know anything new and she will continue to use those words etc for training causing less confusion for him. Jasper is a super happy pup with his new found friend in Liz.”

“I cannot recommend this place enough. They're a family run business and the most honest guys I've ever known. Took my car for an Audi service a year back and they said all my brake pads and disks needed replacing imminently. I took my car into Birbeck Autos and asked for all to be swapped. Paul and his family said that none of them needed replacing and showed me all of the disks and pads and how they were fine. They are truly honest, great pricing and very trustworthy. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. Please go here, I'd honestly advise going here before a main dealership, as they have the expertise and honesty, that you won't get from a main dealership. 10/10 for me 5*, love these guys. “What a delightful discovery. I visited Sidcup taking my son for his second jab and when he was done we popped round the corner for a bite to eat. We wondered passed a couple of cafes and noticed there seemed to be a bit of a bustle in this beautifully decorated establishment, so figured we'd see what it was all about. Pushed into the door and was immediately met by a vibe that lifted our spirits. Very welcoming and friendly staff soon guided us to an available table and presented us with menus. The menus were sturdy and well laid out. The variety was impressive. I wish a took a picture. Even though I was up for a fried breakfast there was something about the menu that made me feel like I was eating well. There was an enjoyable chatter going on in the place the whole time, it was clear the patrons were regulars and if I lived near this place I'm sure I would become one too. I can't praise this place enough.”

“After my breaks were replaced by another mechanic, I had issues with a loud squeaking noise coming from the front of my car. Sammy got my car in the next morning and identified and fixed the issue the same day. He took the time to show me the part he replaced and showed me what the issue was which is above and beyond. The price was very competitive and I will for sure be coming back and will recommend to my friends. Great professional service”

“I had my cat, Charlie, registered at Aspen Vets (Abbey Wood branch) for 4 years. He was an aggressive little thing and didn't respond well to most of the staff. For some reason, Rai always managed to handle him well and with no nonsense. He was gentle but firm with Charlie. Rai is based at the Sidcup branch the majority of the time so I went the extra 10 minutes in the car to make sure Charlie was seen by him. I had Charlie put to sleep yesterday, which was very upsetting but Rai outlined every step he was going to take and even every step he might have to take if the first ones didn't work (i.e, if he couldn't find the kidneys, or he couldn't get a vein for the needle). He was extremely empathetic and so very kind to my boyfriend and I - we were obviously in tears and struggling. He was fine with us staying with Charlie through the euthanasia and even checked to see if we'd experienced it before as it's obviously traumatic. I would highly recommend Aspen Vets. Don't be afraid to request a particular vet if your pet responds well to that person; after all, your pet needs to be at ease as much as possible.”

“I can highly recommend this garage. Recently they actually rang me to say they had inadvertently overcharged me for my service and they paid me back immediately via a bank transfer. And when my car broke down at 4pm, the day before we were due to go on holiday, they did everything they could to diagnose the fault and repair it in time. And in the end the car was ready for collection by 5.30pm the same day! So impressed and so relieved and grateful we could go on holiday as planned.”
