The fact that Kate is a trained veterinary was very beneficial. My bunny is a house rabbit and I knew she would be ok in their heated hotel, plenty of room in her hut with a potty too. They listen to your habits you have and keep them going while your bunny stays with them. The new system was easy and comfortable for anyone who is apprehensive of the new normal. Masks are worn for the duration in the salon. Donna cleaned the whole area from sink/chairs and finally the chair and area that I sat In whilst having my hair cut. Was lovely to feel human again. “Very professional service from a garage that quite literally had my car 'dumped' outside their gates by the RAC one morning. Despite all the other work they had on, Oz worked with me to keep me updated with pictures, videos and phone calls almost daily while they diagnosed the problem. The car had a timing issue which damaged the engine. The engine was repaired along with some other outstanding issues left over from a rogue mobile mechanic. Really great service and turn around considering the Jubilee bank holiday weekend. I highly recommend this garage.”

“I had just bought a second hand car from a main dealers and was told that all of the car had been checked and the are no problems but they had to fit two new rear tyres because I had heard a noise from the back of they car when test driving the car. It turns out that the dealership had serviced the car from new and fitted new tyres before because of uneven wear on the rear of the vehicle so I decided to take it to Elite after a recommendation from a friend and the found that the tracking of the rear of the vehicle was set wrongly and the front was also out after they corrected adjustment the car drove so much better. My point being if a main dealership didn't spot the problem and Elite did then that must say that you need a specialist in that field to get things right! and Elite did that for me. So I'm very had with the outcome and I was kept informed of what they found before they went ahead with the work and the price it would cost.”
