“A lovely receptionist lady who received us when we arrived we are homeless and she went out of her way to help us to speak to our council as they had booked only for two adults and two children and she spoke personally to the council to speak to them and tell them what we needed. “Such a warm, friendly welcome and a warm, traditional Greek restaurant with some of the nicest homemade food I’ve had! Even after consuming the massive meze between the 3 of us, we left feeling satisfied but not heavy. And the price is criminally low for such amazing food. Make sure to tip these guys handsomely with what you save as it’s worth it! The calamari was crispy and light, rather than chewy. The dips were fresh as if they were made this morning by hand. The lamb shank fell off the bone. Tender meat all round. And the halloumi was proper not rubbery rubbish. Even the wine was nice. Five stars from us all!”

“Very nice proper cafe (without an acute) serving large variety of traditional cooked meals including good value all day breakfasts both large and small. The service is good, the staff are friendly and there are cheap parking bays scattered among the residents' parking in the side streets opposite.”

“Been here a few times for lunch. Good varied menu very reasonable prices good quality cooked meals. Cafe is bright and clean nice atmosphere gets crowded at lunchtimes. Also supports a good cause go along and enjoy. Also had a nice pot of tea one afternoon served with a proper cup and saucer. You dont find that in many cafes these days.”

“A grade food and first class service. Loved how the food is presented. This is the closest to and the very best of authentic Gujarati vegetarian food you will taste in this area. Will certainly come again. On the flip side, the bill came as a bit of a surprise. We paid approx £130 for 4 adults and 4 children, which was way higher than we expected. To be fair, that is not the restaurant's fault. But suggest you be mindful on that front.”
