This is something David brought to my attention and, as a result, saved our family thousands of pounds. My parents' property will now be inherited, in full, by their children, just as they wished. David has a wealth of experience in this field, which he initially put at our disposal - for free - during a long telephone conversation where he explained the legal position relating to the above.
