“Visiting London was my Christmas present, so my girlfriend and me stayed in Sidney Victoria. Levi (I Don’t know if I write it well) did our check in and he welcomed us perfect! We felt the warm welcome and he’s been amazing and so helpful. There was another receptionist from India that was so nice with us as well. I’m working in the industry since 12 years ago and I would to have staff like they in our team! The hotel was nice, but it’s a maze, kind of game to find the room but the rooms are good, well cleaned and full prepared with all kind of facilities. The only thing we did not like is the breakfast; there’s practically nothing but the staff is lovely, so we did not care about that. It’s near all, we walked everywhere and came back walking as well. Definitely we will stay there again soon and we hope to see our friends from front desk again.”

The room was beautiful and very comfortable with views over the garden and an ensuite which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great, lots on offer and all excellent quality. I would highly recommended the Acharuli Khachapuri and Chefs special, both were absolutely delicious and I would definitely have them again. The restaurant itself is both casual and cosy with simple, clean decor that felt warm and welcoming. The layout gives each table it's own personal space and is lovely for casual lunch or dinner with friends and loved ones. Table service was outstanding, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Excellent recommendations with the option to taste the wine as well. Both times I had a wonderful, relaxing evening. Would highly recommend.”

He’s always interested in what I have going on and I love to hear about his wonderful family including his new hobbies.
