The management team are so friendly and very efficient particularly Monique who has stretched above and beyond to help our family settle. She even sourced a desk so my husband and daughter can work from home when needed. Absolutely recommended well above 5 star!”

The staff administered good will, kind words, water, a sick bag and a ginger sweet. Which was just enough to get me safely home. Thank you so much. You are all wonderful people in the right job.”

“One of the best haircuts I have ever had! Late afternoon, manicure followed by a haircut, glass of beer, beard trim and shampoo, finish with a head and shoulder massage. Great people, wonderful service and I will be back (even though I live in Dorset!)”

“I do like this, has all your Indian groceries, has a frozen section too. Another bonus is, there is plenty of space for parking. Only thing missing is the onions and garlic, but I can't complain. Staff are pretty decent too.”

“I went to this school in the early 70's :) as did my brothers, Paul & Ray Taylor :) - great memories of this place - Mr Gordon, the scariest teacher but he got great results - separate playgrounds and going on the field in the Summer :) - the sweet shop across the road - and when it was your birthday you and anyone else with a birthday that week, got to stand at the front of the assembly holding this round wooden circle thing with candles burning while everyone sang happy birthday - health and safety eat your heart out”

“I'd give service way more stars if I could! Location is in swanky Regents Park, so a little out of the way from Central London, but quick access to the tube on the Jubilee Line. I loved my stay here, the rooms were very clean with a deep soaking tub. They did a room refresh daily, so water, tea, coffee and biscuits were added each day. The lounge area was a hub for people, with a nice bar and restaurant. If traveling alone, you will definitely bump into people to chat if you want. Private members lounge was well staffed for breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Nice quiet place to relax after a long day or wait for someone. I felt very well taken care of and definitely recommend if not being in the center of everything is appealing.”
