“I had consultations at a couple of Harley St. hair clinics, but I wasn’t filled with confidence - both felt like I was getting a hard sell rather than an attentive and informative consulation. I tried the Treatment Rooms and was immediately at ease that Dr Vara, who did my initial consultation, would be the person carrying-out the procedure. He answered all and any questions I had and was completely honest about the potential results. On the day, the procedure was actually incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Dr Vara, Dr Fernando and their entire team were incredibly friendly, great fun, highly knowledgeable and consummate professionals - my comfort was their highest concern and nothing was too much trouble. The procedure was literally pain-free. Even the initial aneasthetic injections were barely noticeable due to their novel distraction technique. I’m now a few days into my recovery - there’s still no discomfort at all and the results are looking great. Their aftercare has been comprehensive with full instructions on what I need to do and I know I’m able to contact Dr Vara personally should I have any questions or concerns at all. I had been considering a transplant for a couple of years, but within minutes of meeting Dr Vara any hesitation disappeared and I’m so pleased I went ahead. I can’t wait to see the final results! The Treatment Rooms exceeded my expectations in every respect and I really couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Absolute legends!”

“We were told about Tailored Journeys by a colleague of mine when I asked about his Sri Lankan trip. On his recommendation we contacted Manoj and he put together an itinerary for us based on what we told him we were interested in. We left the UK on 6th March and returned on the 23rd just as the UK was closing down. The Si Lankan holiday was a wonderful experience with excellent hotels and organised expeditions and that was made even better by our driver/guide Sam who was a mine of information. The only draw-back was the cancellation of the Whale watching trip, but this was due to a government directive based on the Corona-19 pandemic. (Tailored Journeys’ refund was in our account within a couple of weeks without any problems, thanks). However, the most impressive aspect was the care and attention shown by Manoj and the people at Viluxur Holidays SL in monitoring the ongoing situation and keeping us informed and assured of what was happening both in Sri Lanka and the UK making it a stress free holiday. The extended session for the first meeting is unconventional but it makes absolute sense to discuss what brings you to the sessions and what you want to achieve from them. “I am a month into my treatment and extremely impressed with service so far. I had to work overseas for my first few weeks but everything was set up to make the transition as smooth as possible, feeling motioned at every step with any questions or problems I have answered in an online chat despite time difference! “I would give Hasan Hajj 10 out of 5 stars, if I could. Alhamdullilah the hajj could not have gone better than it did. And it was THE hajj for me (meaning: my one and only- I don’t know if I will get to do another), so having no regrets is only something someone could dream of. I travelled with 3 others and we knew we had made the right choice even before we left for Makkah. Hasan Hajj provided us with a clear itinery, an awesome guide book, conducted seminars and regular emails in order to help prepare us. They are true professionals. If I was asked how they took care of us during the hajj and the time after that we were there, it would be difficult to do them justice; they treated us with the utmost respect, balancing carefully being our physical guides and allowing us time for our own ibadah. It was evident that they have a lot of experience in conducting Hajj tours because they gave the right information at the right time, and adapted what we did according to what was best for us and the group. Moreover, they were so thoughtful, for example, instead of us coming outside hotels to wait for coaches in the heat, they would ask us to wait in our hotel rooms and message us with the names of the people who they were ready to board. I could go on with the details, but to summarise it was just… The. Most. Perfect, Hajj. And Allah swt reward the whole family and all of the helpers immensely for taking us along and for helping make it easy for us; the parents, the sisters, the brothers, brother Miskhat for guiding and organising and especially brother Maher for all of his hard work and for helping us when we needed help. Allah reward them all for doing that for the entire group (and on top of that they all also did their own Hajj at the same time!) I hope Allah swt grants them the best in this dunya and the next. * I thank Allah swt for making the Hajj particularly beautiful; on Arafah we left after Dhuhr to stand and make our dua; as beads of sweat rolled of off our heads from the heat, there was an intensely loud clap of thunder, then began the sudden pouring of a constant and heavy rain, the roar of thunder continued - reminding us again and again of His greatness and strength, all the while we had the opportunity to ask for mercy alongside other believers. The atmosphere was incredibly moving, people were shouting ‘Allah hu Akbar’ repeatedly and the heavy downpour (and thunder) just continued on for two and a half hours. Inshallah it was a washing away of our sins and it came just as everyone was asking Allah swt to wash us of our sins. Those two and a half hours were the best time of my life.”

“In reply to "kamran khalid" I have to disagree with this person. I too am going on hajj with these brothers this year inshallah. I am only updating my original review to make it clear that the brothers did have to change some of the flights around due to Saudi restrictions on flights leaving out of Jeddah on the 16th of August as was their original schedule. I was not happy to hear of the changes they had to make but upon hearing the reason for this I was satisfied that they have tried their utmost to try to resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner. May Allah give us all the ability to have sabr, may he make it easy and accept our Hajj. Ameen.”
