"Really unpleasant experience. They charge a £15 non refundable deposit and are already very expensive. There are much cheaper Hijama options available than what they have to offer. They have to understand that sometimes circumstances change and people may have to make last minute changes of appointments. There’s absolutely no flexibility. Stay away as they are money hoarders!"

"Absolutely shocking service. Booked online for 11 a.m. arriving 15 mins before session to find practitioner wasn't there. Travelled all the way from Kent and expected to me to rearrange a booking and travel another 1hr30 to the clinic . The lady told me to wait till 11.30 to arrange refund for the 15 pounds deposit as someone was coming in the administrator did not arrive. Poor service , professionalism over all. You can keep the 15 pounds deposit as I will never be using your service again or recommend you. Just awful."
