米 Kome Express - Ilford
“First time trying, was looking for a halal Korean/ Japanese restaurant, shame no seating to eat and regrettably the beef wasn't halal but from what we had was very impressed and will be revisiting to try more from the menu. Excellent flavour and taste.”
Nasi Isda®
“I usually get my food delivered from here. It is always fresh, delicious and the portion size is good. They always pack it carefully and the delivery is prompt.”
Masil
“Great little Japanese/Korean restaurant. Friendly service and freshly cooked food at very reasonable prices. We had two of the lunchtime set menu options and both were good. I recommend the spicy chicken. We washed it down with a warm carafe of sake. Highly recommended...we will go again soon.”
Yokoso Japan
“Nice, cozy restaurant on Barnet high street. Great food, big portions and good value for money. Excellent staff who are very attentive and helpful.”
SUSHISAMBA Covent Garden
“The food was extremely tasty and the whole design of the restraint was brilliant. The service was exceptionally quick and the waiters were wonderful and walked us through the dishes. The theme of the restaurant was on point and the food tastes exquisite and fresh. It was quite pricey however and for the money you paid you certainly could of had more food.”
Ume Restaurant
“Yet again the food is amazing. Great staff as well. If you are in the area give it ago. You won't be disappointed.”
Spoon & Rice Boxpark Wembley
“Great choice of local food on their menu. I went for the pork belly with rice, including salad, and springs rolls as a starter/side. Sauce was tangy but not overbearing as the rice and salad helps balance the taste. Vast restaurants here, and would recommend if you’re looking to try a different cuisine!”
Gourmet Shiish & Fish
“Best food I've had out in a while, had the mixed platter, all of it was quality, the lamb particularly, both of us thoroughly enjoyed meals, great value for money, guys in there are doing a great job, give Gourmet shish a visit, you won't be disappointed”
Fluffy Rice
“This was probably the best place to have authentic Thai food. We ordered a Tom Yum and their signature Beef dish with some rice and the flavours were spot on. The family running this business are so friendly and lovely, and the decoration is so cute and gives the place such a comfortable feeling unlike a chain restaurant. I really do recommend going to this restaurant at least once to experience the atmosphere and delicious food!”
wagamama lakeside
“First time at WM, mainly because their wasn't a huge queue to get in. Great food, will visit again.”
Hiro
“Really good food and the lady that serves is very nice. Went a couple of times and will definitely go back. The baos and the duck are recommended”
Here Japan
“One of the best Japanese restaurants in Area. Environment are super lovely and food is so yum. High recommend the chicken curry and green tea ice cream. Definitely won’t be regret if you try them all!”
Taka Marylebone
“All of the seafood were fresh and tantalizing. Creativity underscores the presentation of each dish. The standout dishes were the wagyu sando, wagyu rice, and the most tender chicken we have ever tried. Veggie dishes are also available just in case you don't eat meat or fish. The service was top-notch.”
Junsei
“Junsei is a great restaurant that serves a variety of delicious dishes. One of my favorites is the Tsukune, which is a Japanese-style chicken meatball that is grilled to perfection. The chick wings are also a standout, with a crispy exterior and juicy interior that is packed with flavor. The onigiri, are also a must-try. They are a great option for a quick and satisfying snack or lunch. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Overall, I highly recommend Junsei for anyone looking for a tasty and authentic Japanese cuisine experience.”
OKAN Brixton East
“Good atmosphere for Sunday evening, our recent experience at Okan Ramen on Coldharbour Lane was the best so far, and its certainly one of Brixton’s culinary assets from a Locals perspective. Its a great place to eat whether dining solo, in a group or pair, and the foods reasonably priced in my view. The ramen was perfectly balanced in flavour, and I definitely recommend the classic ‘Hokkaido Miso Ramen with Chasu Pork’. The others enjoyed their vegan ramens. Its worth getting the japanese tapas as well, which are served quickly before, go for any of the ‘Gyoza Dumplings’ alongside the delicious ‘Padron Peppers’. The drinks were decent, I had couple glasses of white white, enjoyed the Grand Cerdo Blanco (ABV 12.5%), the others were drinking the beer on tap. I was also glad to see the original decor has remained in place. I have always liked the restaurant interior here, with its rudimentary no-thrills presentation contrasted by the classic wooden partition and weathered concrete floor. That mixed with the charming retro japanese memorabilia gracing its walls and the intimate setting makes it worth the visit alone. Not forgetting the refreshingly good service, which can be rare to find in most restaurants. The japanese waitress was really nice and helpful, it made the dining experience super pleasant. The chef also brought out the dishes, which were all decently presented and flavoursome.”
Eat Tokyo Tonkotsu ya
“Loved it here! Our first time in Eat Tokyo in Bond street. Friendly staff!! Love the food and it was delicious , it was not heavy for me. I just wish they have other branches as well aside London but also nearby county as well. Overall, great experience! We had a good laugh with the staff. :)”
Defune
“One of the oldest Japanese restaurant, but the food is still amazing . Tokyo style. Very friendly Sushi chef. FEBRUARY 25TH. BACK FOR MORE!! The freshest sushi. I cannot stop raving about this Japanese institution.”
Machiya
“One of my new favourite restaurants. Very authentic. I’ve been wanting to introduce Japanese food to my friends for a while and this really was the perfect place. They don’t serve sushi, more so comfort food that I was used to eating at home in Japan. This is what made it so much more nicer, though. Upon arriving were greeted by a young waitress with short hair who was very welcoming and accommodating throughout our meal. She gave my friends a few recommendations which they all loved. A very generous amount of meat came with the Tonkatsu curry. The tonkatsu itself was crispy and seasoned enough to match the hot curry. As well as this, we ordered the tsukune and shake teriyaki which was even better than the curry. The salmon was seared nicely and the flavours of the teriyaki sauce were great. The tsukune with the sauce that came with it also tasted very good (even though it was very filling for a small plate). I will definitely be back and will be bringing more people here much more often.”
Kurumaya
“Cannot recommend this little Japanese restaurant enough. I've only been there for lunch so cannot comment on dinner but all of the things I have tried have been amazing!”
YO! Heathrow T2
“Had my breakfast here today before departure, I have done security check at the airport 4 hours before my flight and the restaurant staffs told me they are not opening yet and they will open from 7am. So I waited nearby on a bench about 30mins, a blonde lady who seems to be manager there, she's very friendly and kind walking toward me and said they can serve me even it's just 6am. I was so happy as I haven't eaten anything, didn't get to sleep as my flight at 9am and after a night bus and waited till morning, so this small gesture is really appreciated from me. I would give the service best, foods are averagely good as typical Japanese restaurants in the UK.”
Sushi54 Limited
“Really delicious food. I ordered on deliveries and wish it had stated what condiments came with it. I chose this place because the photos looked like it would be delivered without plastic. Wasabi/ginger came with the sushi and was put on the cardboard box without plastic but I ordered extra as I didn't know if it came with it and sadly these bits came in plastic. However, they clearly care and are doing an amazing job at reducing plastic. The food was mega!”
sakanasushiandsticks
“Got Sushis from Deliveroo and to be honest was far better than my expectation. Unlike lots of sushiplaces they were generous with the amount of fish in the rolls and ingredients were fresh. I hope they keep the quality as is”
itsu
“So nice to see businesses open again. Itsu is in the centre of Kingston. There is a good selection of Sushi and various other foods. Self service, plenty of seating and some seating outside. I am glad that l have come across this place as l don't always want a heavy meal. I imagine it can get busy, but l enjoyed my experience of eating here.”
Wasabi Head Office
“Very clean office, they use our carpet cleaning services regularly to keep the atmosphere nice and fresh.”

“10 + for seating area decor and for the Thai Chicken rice which consists of lightly grilled chicken pieces, green peas, shredded carrots and red cabbage, rocket leafs, and finely chopped spring onions and beansprouts on a bed of flavourful rice in a beautiful brown 'earthenware' type bowl. Equalling the well prepared dish is the good customer service. And that beautiful tray for serving the food. Excellent view. Outside seating and wheelchair accessible entrance. Allergen dietary requirements can be discussed with a member of staff. Overall adding a major contribution to a cleaner environment too by converting 'rubbish into energy' so many many Congrats for the approach to food options and towards the planet!! #cleanercity #natureinthecity Planetary thoughts, conscious setting Modest.
