“This place is Magical! It is absolute perfection, the food, the amibiance, and Rubik's beautiful hospitality make you feel like you're coming home after years away. It's the kind of place where you think you'll just pop in for a quick drink or a bite, and the next thing you know you've made new friends, laughed with old ones and realized you never want to leave. “What an amazing experience this was. They are not kidding when they say they are giving you an Italian wedding experience. Food kept rolling at steady pace for more than an hour, and not a single dish was bad or mediocre. You don't order anything here, just tell them what you can't eat, but I guess it is best if you go here being able to eat everything as it is 65 pounds per head and I am weary substitutions wouldn't be as good.”

“A gorgeous, warm, vibrant, romantic, welcoming, charming restaurant. I visited on Saturday 29th October 2022 for lunch, for two. The menu appeals from top to bottom, the service is friendly, attentive and what really appealed was the recommendation for a wine so perfect for lunch, there was no way I'd have chosen so well. Overall, this is a fabulous place for lunch and I reckon even better for dinner......which I'm looking forward to finding out :)”

“My goodness, the food here is devine! Atmosphere - cute, could be romantic if you want it to be. There is an 'Italian home' look and feel to the place, with clothes hanging above you. Unusual, but unique. My OCD just hopes dust from the clothes don't fall on the food. The type of customers we saw whilst we were there consisted of couples and families, so expect a child or two making some noise. It wasn't to the point of being disturbing. Food - scrumptious! We ordered a starter, which was prawns in a tomato sauce with bread. I could've eaten that all night, so delicious. I then ordered a pasta with basil and cod, this isn't the actual name of the meal but that's what it consisted of. It was absolutely delicious. My friend ordered the lobster, she is a chef and rated it quite high, with the only complaint being that the lobster was a tad over cooked. We also tried their best wine, not my favourite, it was a little watery. The water is bottled spring water. The chilli oil is a huge glass with a mixture of peppers in oil, felt very home made, adding to the atmosphere. Service - great. The lady serving us was good, not going above and beyond but at the same time didn't need to. She was calm and helped with any info we required. The food arrived in good time too, I'd say it took about 10-15mins to arrive. I'll definitely be returning to this lovely place. 100% recommend it.”

“Lovely dinner at Bacco Ristorante Italiano after an afternoon in Richmond. A small menu that is well executed. The bruschetta with burrata, risotto with asparagus and prawns, and tagliatelle with black truffle were all excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. Lots of Italian wines. Large outdoor seating area under large umbrellas. Definitely will return and would definitely recommend.”

“I really love their pizza and have been a regular customer since they opened the shop. The staff are nice and my order has always come to me quickly and was hot and fresh. The ingredients are high quality and delicious. I’ve told friends about it but thought I should write a review to let folks know. In Richmond they’re my go to for a nice night in. Update: I ordered again this evening and I messed up my order on a Deliveroo. I gave them a call and they looked after it without any issue. Really great service. Thanks guys!”

One staff member named Nat was so friendly & patient as they explained how I could use the Pizza Express app and claim rewards - please pass on our thanks! “Hands down one of the best places I’ve been to eat out in Europe. The interior was really cozy and welcoming. The FOOD was ridiculously delicious. 100% recommend the lamb and pig head. Staff are just delightful. You can even speak to the chefs while they prepare your food right in front of you! A must do if you come past Hackney.”

“All I can say after reading the reviews is collect the pizza yourself instead of sitting on your backside at home. You're leaving negative reviews about their pizza's but not taking into account they are being delivered by a third party company. You need to take your issues up with Just Eat and their inability to deliver a pizza. Why pay more via an app when you can go there, order fresh and cheaper over the counter and get a great pizza!”
