“The pictures really don't do it justice. I thought I had had "good Italian food" before but this is a different league. "Pineapple juice" never looked this glorious before, very fresh. That octopus! Wow, great texture, a satisfying bite but not at all rubbery, somehow with an almost charred flavour. Then that mash, with flavours something like garlic? Apple? I don't know and I'm not sure I want to know how the magic is done. Why spoil enjoyable mysteries? The risotto main is stunning, what a showpiece, also delicious. Took my time to enjoy it both visually and to dig out and eat the meats. All the flavours balanced. So light tasting, but so filling. (I am a little bit in love with that fish plate). ...but for desert somehow my stomach found space. Pear and ricotta cheesecake, maybe some subtle spice in there? Again wonderful textures, melting but also with an enjoyable chew. Lemoncello, made by them, gorgeous smell, clean refreshing taste. No sugary syrup. Very pleasantly surprised. I could never cook this good and I wouldn't dare try. My words don't do it justice either. I could go on. Best to just come back here. ASAP. Definitely, the best meal I have ever had. I usually come here to get away from my home office and do some work. The food is amazing, the coffee is exquisite and the hosts/hostesses have never been anything but courteous, friendly and helpful. Suffice to say, I am now a regular!”

“I've been going to Vero Pizza for just over a year. Massively impressed by their selection of pizzas, I have tried at least 87% of their menu. They never fail to impress. We had once hitch when they were late, just once, but they went above and beyond to correct that tiny mistake. Not only are their pizzas amazing, but they value their customers. If you are vegetarian, their pizzas are outstanding. Their salads are not great but everything else... absolutely amazing! Stop reading now and order.”

“I went to Enfield Market to get a new battery for my wrist watch. I was captivated by the cooking aromas emanating from the Oriental Food, Yum Yum, Street Food wagon. I ordered Noodles with vegetable rice, plus sweet and sour chicken and Noodles with vegetable rice with sweet chilli chicken. I wasn't going to eat these there and then, it was far too early. I had them wrapped up in take away foil containers because they were going to be for our evening meal. They were both very nice meals, very large portions with lots of meat. I'll certainly be going back for more. Can't wait. If you're feeling peckish and close to Enfield Town Market, treat yourself. There is a seating area very close by.”
