The food was decent but a little overpriced I'd say. They have a pizza on the menu for over £20!! Needless to say I didn't order it (it may have been massive? ) I had carbonara as its not a fancy dish, just a reliable meal, and that's what I got. It was a busy Friday night and we were served in about 25 minutes, which was great considering the restaurant was nearly full. Both staff who served were excellent and a credit to Prezzo, I'm sorry I didn't get their names. Thanks to the team for having us fed in time for the cinema!”

● Closed“As always, the service is amazing, but today they went above and beyond, specially the gentleman that seated us (I think his name is Frank). Firstly we arrived around 8 PM with no reservation (I know, big mistake considering which day is today, we went expecting the chance to have to eat somewhere else), and even though the restaurant was fully booked he still went the extra mile to find us a place. While waiting for our drinks and food I noticed how busy it was, how all the staff was almost running around without a chance to stop, and still everyone was friendly and professional. This deserves a huge appreciation for all the team. While waiting for our food I realised that probably a lot of people will be coming with flowers, which I am extremely allergic to (actually I realised when a couple came in with flowers). Again, this lovely gentleman took the challenge to have that in mind when seating other people around us (which I know it's a big inconvenience and I felt so awful for putting them in that position). I can't say how grateful I am for being able to have the chance to enjoy dinner without worrying about that. Food was amazing like always, our server was more than amazing. 10/10”

● Closed“Before boarding a long-journey train, I decided to try Prezzo with my family as it was conveniently located within the train station. We were seated promptly and the waiters accomodated for extra additions who joined us slightly later. Do not visit if you're in too much of a hurry as it does take approximately 15 minutes for the pizzas to be made! That said, we did have time to spare and really enjoyed the food. The total bill was quite expensive, but I guess that's to be expected at any eatery within train stations.”
