“The staff were very helpful, and just really polite, patient, and professional, and made our stay relatively relaxed stress free *(we had a 6 month old with us upon writing this). Even though this place was busy with families enjoying Legoland, it's quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. They get busy at the weekends and half terms by looks of it, and the very helpful staff members were keeping us regularly up to date with when our food is coming. “So committed, welcoming and friendly. We cannot comment about her grooming skills because she suggested not doing so. We booked for a grooming for our puppy but she said because the puppy has a long travel a couple of days later and it involves some stress to her, it is better to postpone the job for another time after her travel. She didn’t charge us at all.”

“I've had their Mattress Cleaning Service twice now and it is worth every penny. My mattress was in pretty bad shape, with stains from the kids that were hard to get out. After using Best Cleaning Solutions for the first time, my mattress looks like new again. It was really easy to schedule the appointment, and the guys were friendly and professional. They even vacuumed my couch for me after they finished cleaning my mattress!”

“Unreal hotel. My mom and I stayed 1 night here on our UK road trip. The property is gorgeous, the hotel itself is crazy beautiful. Every person who worked there was so nice to the both of us. I even got nice room upgrade to a cute suite. The bed was comfortable, the room was cozy and the shower was amazing. We love a waterfall shower. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast in the morning was delicious too!”

“Wonderful hotel that is just very elegant and comfortable. The staff are wonderful and make you feel outstandingly welcome. The food from the restaurant is beautifully presented and prepared. We were there for 2 nights in one of the Gatehouse lodges which are lovely. Just a very lovely place for a weekend away. I suspect we will be back.”

“We had take away last night and the food was delicious! Even my daughter enjoyed the dishes and she is a very picky person. They were very generous on the chutney and salad and the portion sizes were adequate. We had paneer which was absolutely yummy, butter chicken had a lovely spicy and sweet taste. The mixed grill was tasty also.”

But overall thestorehas a great variety just lacks bigger sizes in all items. Will have mainly sizes 10 and 12 on hangers. Rare to find a 14 or 16.”
