“I am a month into my treatment and extremely impressed with service so far. I had to work overseas for my first few weeks but everything was set up to make the transition as smooth as possible, feeling motioned at every step with any questions or problems I have answered in an online chat despite time difference! My initial consultation was thorough and all treatment options given to me as well as a change to chat through them and ask my many questions! Colin has been exceptionally thorough in his investigations and completely put my mind at ease. He is excellent at listening to patient concerns, explaining why they might be experiencing issues and identifying solutions. Colin has shown great care and compassion throughout my investigation and the issues I experienced. He is in general much more knowledgable than any other dentist I have been to. I needed to have a root canal - something that filled me with dread! The procedure was carried out and I had zero pain during the operation and my teeth now are in such a better state. “Although we were a little worried about the small added journey (I don't like driving) we decided to transfer to Pearl Dental following our wonderful dentist Simon Moore. One of the best decisions we have made. “I have a severe phobia of dentists but I needed an urgent removal of a fractured tooth so with much reluctance I attended this practice. It was a difficult and traumatic extraction but the procedure was carried out with sympathetic gentleness and patience by Dr Mohammed who explained exactly what the procedure entailed and what I should expect at every stage. I will also need some other treatment in a few weeks’ time but Dr Mohammed, together with his very kind dental nurse, was so good with my fear that I actually feel able to return for further treatment with confidence. “I highly recommend Dr Ismail!!!! I was having pain from a bottom wisdom tooth for a month, finally the pain was unbearable and painkillers useless I got an emergency appointment same day. I had a large hole on both the front and back of the tooth that was deep and was close to the nerve. They thought it would require surgery as could crumble and was very confident that it could be done in the surgery.
