“I booked a MOT for my 4x4 online, received confirmation email and text messages and importantly reminder messages prior to my appointment. The staff were courteous and very professional. I check my vehicle in and went for a stroll. It should have been ready on my return after 45 mins, but unfortunately there was an issue with the computers. This was clearly explained to me in a nice way and another 30 minutes later the care was ready to drive away. I cannot fault the team at Halfords Grays. Well done!”

“BMW F10 M5 - I write this review for anyone who like myself has been researching recommended garages and have been recommended GND. I would approach any garage with hesitation, especially if dealing with any high performance car. Petyo (Proprietor) unlike others, did quickly gain my trust from our first conversation because I could quickly understand he understood not the only the work I wanted done, but how it would be achieved. Rod bearings, injectors and stem seals (and a host of other niggly bits) I think the proof was in the pudding when I arrived to see a host of BMW M Cars from M3s, M5s and M6s. Not only the M cars waiting to been seen too waiting outside in the fenced off court yard, but the 5 or 6 M cars already being prepared or worked on inside their garage. My gut feeling was right, and I trusted it and I’m pleased I did. I’ve collected the car now and it’s clearly obvious that what they have done is remarkable. Regular updates and a very straight to the point approach that worked for me. After shopping around the only store that could help or were remotely helpful was F Hinds.The staff taking the order were most helpful and located the required charm in a catalogue and then processed the order quickly and efficiently. During the 4 week wait I was called a couple of times to be advised on the order progress and once it was ready was called to advised it was in the store. The whole shopping experience with F Hinds was pleasurable and easy. Would highly recommend this store and the staff at the Lakeside Branch.”

“Lovely store with amazing staff who are so friendly and customer orientated. I was interested in a lovely bed and Aimee Jones showed me around, she is super friendly and offered me a great deal on a very expensive bed. She went above and beyond to the extent of the fact that I will always go back for more furniture and recommend her and the shop to my family/friends. The bed is also amazing and arrived within a week even though I was told it could take up to 3 weeks, the two workers who fitted the bed were also very efficient and completed the job within 40 mins. Overall a strong 10/10 for my service with Fabb and Aimee is amazing as a customer services representative as she has made me feel like I can always come back to the store for more products or help with my current one if needed.”
