“I joined the Salsa teaching training on 2 with Maria and it's been fantastic. we have reviewed the Salsa theory, psychological concepts and then we started the actual practice. During the theory session, Maria provided me the right material (songs with different timing, the explanation for Salsa on 2) and afterward, we have reviewed all the footwork for leading and following. She dedicates all the attention even for the minimum detail. I felt so lucky when I started with her my teaching training and I have to say that She is one of the rare dance teachers that She invests in you. If you would like to start the Salsa teaching training is the best teacher that you could work with because She has a very high knowledge of different Salsa styles and especially is competent and organized. “My personal experiences are that the beginner level classes are not too intense and would be suitable for both people who normally exercise and those that don’t . The physicality requirement is similar to beginner dancing level of workout. The class is a mix of warm up, light arm and footwork, some pad hitting practice and of course the Hung Gar forms. The teacher will guide and advise you based on your personal level. No prior martial arts experience seems to be necessary, and the teaching style is relaxed. I would recommend anyone who is interested in Chinese king fu and culture to try out as it’s both fun and great for body and mind”

“Cannot rate Studio K highly enough. The teachers Chloe and Sarah are so friendly and always bring good vibes. The classes are super fun, a great work out, simple booking via Mindbody and it's very reasonable at around £10 a class. Love it so much and can’t believe I hadn’t been before I did. Really friendly atmosphere no matter what level you’re at and all body types welcome!. They even introduce new people to the class by name and make the effort to remember people’s names. Can recommend hip hop, clubbercise and Zumba. Thank you ladies!!”

Huge variety of classes, energetic/motivating trainers (Adam's 20-count is forever burned into my subconscious), high-quality equipment, and a no-nonsense venue that only adds to the gritty workouts. I've signed up for group classes, one-to-ones, and joint sessions. Highly recommend any and all of them. This place is exemplary in every sense.”

“Paul&Debra Routledge My wife and I haven been using the village for many years my wife douse classes (float fit/palartis /aqua fit and any other classs she can book) my grand children use swimming and diving . I mainly use the gym for cardio and waights . I have been using a gym for more than some 40 years and never seen boys of 16 years of age being allowed to be squatting 3 plates (140kg) with one of your gym guys egging him on at that age he will have problems with legs back and joints .also the noise levels are upsetting to the lady's. All your guys and girls that work don't seem to have any concern for any safe form of lifting or machine use .Other gym users are showing new people the correct way to lift . There's a group of 4/5 lads around 16/17 still in school that have zero gym etiquette never sanitize after use also show inappropriate behavior on a personal level with each other. As there are 5 of them they hog a machine for far longer than is fair .l love our gym with the new machines and space I believe it to be the best family vercility in Bedfordshire all your people on the desk are always smiling with a happy word . I use the village 4/5 times a week I have major back and joint issues but I leave the gym smiling pain free !! I hope I am not sounding to critical but some one is going to get hurt .
