It was clear from the start that he knew the area in terms of the likely tenant profile and the realistic monthly rent. He found tenants rapidly so the void period was negligible. There were some repairs required and again Mo used his local knowledge to get the work done cost effectively, and he always liaised with us so we knew what was being done and why. Mo handled several tenants over the period we let the flat and transitions were always smooth. When we put the flat on the market we chose Mo to market the property without hesitation. He found a buyer very quickly and liaised with them and ourselves frequently to keep things moving. He has excellent knowledge of the various legal and practical aspects of a sale and that helped us to understand where we were in the process and to reach a successful conclusion.”
