“I injured my wrist in a freakish accident 3 years ago. I left it and gradually as I stopped using my arm as much it became weaker and pain developed in my elbow, shoulder and neck. Washing my car or doing my garden would leave me in pain for days. In February this year, I decided to see a physio but was a bit skeptical as I had seen 3 or 4 in but did no like them. I found Dan on Google and he diagnosed me on the first appointment. He put in place specific programmes which I followed assiduously and 3 months after I was discharged after being in pain for years. My pain is literally gone, my arm feels stronger and I have been going to the gym lifting light weight. I will be adding more weights gradually as I am getting more confident. Dan is very friendly and was available on the phone or email when I had questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend him. Thank you Dan!”

“Empty at peak times, with power rack, bench press, and a weightlifting platform for deadlifts. Overall square foot of this place is smaller, but it has all you'd need, can definitely hit all compound lifts with accessory movements no issues. The biggest plus is the crowd here: very quiet respectful people, no posers, no large chatty groups, amazing environment. Staff extremely friendly, gym membership includes classes if you're into that along with swimming pool (I think), 10/10 for gym goers.”

I have had balayage, highlights, cut and blow dry's and the outcome is always exactly what I want and she makes me feel so great. Georgia also did my wedding hair in May 2021 as well as my mum and 3 bridesmaids. I felt so beautiful with my classic up do low bun and she even waited around until I got dressed and helped put in my veil! Was so grateful for her doing that. My bridesmaids loved their curly low pony tails as well and we all got so many lovely comments from guests. She really made me feel so beautiful and I will never forget it. Georgia is so professional and friendly, you can chat away about anything to her because she makes you feel so at ease and comfortable. It really does work if you follow Haz advice step by step and have the security of having a recording to go back to so to stay on track. “Shelley has walked our boxer Boycie for over a year and half, we couldn’t wish for a better person for him. Shelley is committed, professional, friendly, and trustworthy. Boycie has been challenging with other dogs, but he respects Shelley and loves his walks/runs at the private field. Shelley understands Boycie and his triggers. Boycie is such a better dog in packs now since being with Shelley. Shelley is always flexible with days, and adds in weekend field days too. We love receiving pictures of Boycie’s walks showing the fun his had. Boycie knows the days Shelley is coming and waits for her, runs too the door as soon as he hears the van (which may I add is another plus knowing the dogs travel securely too). Boycie is besotted with Shelley, howls when we replay videos and we call Shelley his 2nd mum. We would 1000% recommend Shelley.”

“Lovely friendly pub. Beautiful decor. I found myself at a loose end and decided to pop in while I was waiting around for my car to be fixed. Glenda and Caroline took me in and looked after me and even provided me with a charger for my phone. I ended up being there long enough to have a gallion burger for dinner which was really lovely. I'm very glad I popped in and will definitely be back. Back garden was gorgeous too”

I went in to buy hair mouse, ended up leaving with an aloe vera gel thats sold for £7 online on amazon and in other hair shops but was £5.. the prices are very reasonable and I ended up buying so many things I needed because the owners were super friendly and were very helpful in helping me find other items I was interested in.”
