From their lovely new building, they are well placed to give each dog individual time and devotion as well as feedback to owners at pick up time! During the recent heatwave they’ve kept the dogs cool and safe and following minor injuries twice this year, they’ve given special care to my eldest dog and ensured he had only gentle exercise on lead. “A very professional, warm and welcoming nail bar. Covid safe- hand gel bottles everywhere, plastic screens between you and the technician but also in between customers, which i really like. Everyone wears a mask or visor. I felt really comfortable (I dont get my nails done regularly, only special occasions) and that is because the customer service is outstanding and everyone is friendly. The owner is also friendly and nice. Great attention to detail, good choice of nail colours and nice finish. My Shellac nails lasted nearly 4 weeks which just shows how amazing the quality of their nails are. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be returning!”

“I visited today to have the mirena coil fitted. I was met at reception and asked to provide a urine sample and then to take a seat in the waiting room. I was waiting only about 5 minutes before being called through by a nurse called Marie. I was really anxious about the procedure and had been working myself up the whole morning and evening before. Marie was an absolute professional and was so reassuring. She really managed to put me at ease and the procedure itself from start to finish was only a few minutes. The start was very similar to having a smear test and the placement of the coil itself was only mildly uncomfortable (like quite a strong period cramp) and only lasted a few seconds. I took paracetamol and ibuprofen beforehand which I think helped. I have never given birth so was expecting it to be incredibly painful but the whole experience couldn't have been more different from how I'd imagined it would be. My only criticism is that the waiting time to get the appointment was around 2 months (apparently due to covid). I suppose that sort of thing is out of the individual clinics control though so I am still giving a 5 star review. All of the staff I came into contact with today were so kind and treated me with absolute dignity. Thank you for making an anxious time as bearable as possible and in particular a huge thank you to Marie, you were great!”

“Quick fast efficient salon the lady that done my full set actually hand filed my nails most places don't do this anymore time and care was taken so I'm pretty impressed. She was also very welcoming and engaging in conversation salon was clean and tidy with a lovely little blossom tree decor plenty of spa chairs and nail stations keeping waiting times to a minimum. Team work here is amazing reasonable priced this is a perfect example of how nails salons should be run so many color choices”
