“An Indian restaurant which specialises in Andhra dishes. We tried Kababs and lollipop in starters, also requested for non spicy kababs to cater to our kids and they were kind enough to prepare it, which kids enjoyed immensely. Staff were very kind, very fast service and they kept the restaurant open post 3 pm to accomodate our party on Saturday. We tried quite a few main course dishes including butter chicken, dal makhani, methi murg and andhra mamsum kura. All the dishes were very tasty, with a bit of spice, as expected. I tried Andhra mamsum kura for the first time and enjoyed it to the core. Pics will give you some idea of the portion sizes which you can expect. They have a party hall in the backside, which can easily accomodate 20-30 people. Sitting area is spacious. Located very close to Hounslow East station, you can find parking just out of the restaurant for 4-5 cars and quite a lot in the lane few yards away.”

“We had our twins 18th birthday party yesterday in Amrit Lounge. The food was so delicious by chefs (Mr. Sharma & Mr. Pandey) , waitress ( Aasha) was excellent and was spot on. The manager ( Mr. Sooriya ) was so helpful and he is brilliant. He managed this event so smoothly that all our guests (80) were so impressed with the food & service and the atmosphere. Highly recommended for small partys for around 70/80 people. A big "Thank you" to all the staff of Amrit Lounge for making this event a grand success.”

“If you want to authentic Hyderabadi dum Biryani This is a paradise I have tried at so many places where they use the word Hyderabadi and Biryani is so bad, no mirchi ka salan. “A truly great dining experience! I was lucky enough to be introduced to Punjabi Dhaba by a Sikh friend, who wanted me to experience authentic Punjabi food. The food and experience did not disappoint. The fish pakora were so fresh and cooked perfectly….crispy, spicy batter with a soft flaky fish filling. The mixed grill was the best I’ve ever eaten….and I’ve tried a few. Dish after dish that were served, were all so good. From the poppadoms and chutneys, through to the curry and naan, everything was perfect. The lamb in the curry was ridiculously soft, tender and flavoursome. The owner was also was particularly welcoming, as was the waiter serving us. However, the real star of the show was the chef. Having the open kitchen at the front of the restaurant, provided the opportunity to observe a mater chef cooking food with love and passion. Punjabi Dhaba provided a great experience. My only regret was being beaten by the lamb curry…..but I’ll be back to try other dishes. I can’t wait to return to Punjabi Dhaba, to enjoy other dishes created by the extremely talented chef.”
