“Good food and fast delivery. The pieces of lamb in the madras curry were fairly tender, which is not common in the other places in the area in my experience. Good veg samosa as well. Will be ordering again.”

Spice Island
“This is one of those special places, no idea why it's so empty maybe folks are put off by no liquor license? Food is wonderful and good variety. Staff are attentive without being intrusive. Very competitive on price too. Popadoms, starters, main with one side and a couple of soft drinks came in at just under £40. We were stuffed & took half of it home for another day”
Kebabish Original
“Great Food always from "Baba Gi". I have been coming here for over 10 years and the taste never disappoints”

Punjabi Dhaba
“If u want authentic food not western food. Right place to come. Price is good cheaper than other restaurants. Quality of food is good too. Staff are polite. Off course prices have increased which is understandable but still highly recommended. I always takeway. I wouldnt say its restaurant type of service but there is a sitting area with a tv screen. Saag is a must to try”
Spice Box
“We have moved out of the area, but my family still make me drive 30 minutes to pick up food from Spice Box. We like their spicy meat done and Naga wings. They are not stingy with their chilli sauce and its nice too. There are parking bays outside the restaurant and just a short walk away. They deliver locally.”
Kasturi
“By far the best Indian restaurant in Watford. Owner and staff are so lovely when you call them. I would advise calling them direct or ordering on their website instead of ordering on ‘Food Delivery Providers’ You get a much better service.”
Xera Spice

“Really tasty, highly recommend the milkshakes as well!”
Sugar and Spice
“Ordered a whole load of samosas for part of my daughters birthday party buffet. The samosas were ready to be collected on-time on a Sunday morning and all the guests who tried them said how nice they tasted so was a big success. I find the food delicious at sugar and spice and highly recommend them.”
Spice Lodge
“The best Indian in Kingston and always consistent! The food is delicious, always arrives hot and customer service on the phone is excellent and the so polite / friendly. Cannot recommend enough. I would say if you can then collect as they are quick at cooking but third party delivery services (like Uber Eats) are not so reliable. Obviously this is no reflection on the place itself and it's a shame that you have to call the restaurant to ask where the food is where it's put for delivery as it is no fault of theirs if it is late. I am one of those people (sorry!) but Spice Lodge are always so patient and cooperative when I do.”
Royal India
“Dined in with family . Great service and lovely food . Very attentive friendly staff . Food was out fast and really good food too .would definitely eat in there again .5 stars all the way .”

“I am sure my friends and I will agree that the food we have ordered, which is the fries masala, was amazing. I really recommend it if you like spice and it is bought with a cheap price. Amazing overall.”
Mumbai Local Queensbury
“Delicious traditional Gujarati (Kathiyawadi) food served at this restaurant. They cater all types of Indian veg food including North Indian aswell as South Indian food dishes. We visited this place specially to try Gujarati food and were well impressed with their traditional freshly made mouthwatering food and excellent customer service. A must try if you want to have traditional Gujju and Mumbai (Bombay) food in uk.”
Curry Leaves
“Nice ambience and a quiet place to do fine dine-in; loved the food tasted pretty delicious.”
Mahal
“The food is tasty and portion of biryani is generous, enough for two to share. I recommend lamb bhuna, a chopped fried and flavourful dish which is great with fresh naan or rice. I didn’t order it in this photo but it’s my favourite I realised and regretted not ordering it. The biryani comes with a small curry. Also we received complimentary salad and that salad is so fresh and traditional. The whole menu is halal. Order to personal spice level can be requested. The restaurant itself is nice and clean, the waiters are very professional.”
