“Had a great experience at Apna Des. It was late night and they were about to close but they were kind enough to serve as as their last customers for the day. Ordered Chicken Karahi and chicken biryani and got the suggestion for Garlic naan which was really amazing. Both of the main courses were lovely, loved the quantity too. Staff was really helpful specially Annie, kudos to her. Overall: 9/10 Definitely going back very soon”

“We decided to eat Sunday dinner at Spicy Village. The ambience of the place was magical. The place was fully packed so we had to wait in the queue to get a table. Our food was extremely delicious, served in timely manner, well portioned and reasonably priced. The staff was attentive, dedicated to customers, helpful and polite. Will definitely recommend to anybody as the one of the best Pakistani places in Tooting.”

“An Indian restaurant which specialises in Andhra dishes. We tried Kababs and lollipop in starters, also requested for non spicy kababs to cater to our kids and they were kind enough to prepare it, which kids enjoyed immensely. Staff were very kind, very fast service and they kept the restaurant open post 3 pm to accomodate our party on Saturday. We tried quite a few main course dishes including butter chicken, dal makhani, methi murg and andhra mamsum kura. All the dishes were very tasty, with a bit of spice, as expected. I tried Andhra mamsum kura for the first time and enjoyed it to the core. Pics will give you some idea of the portion sizes which you can expect. They have a party hall in the backside, which can easily accomodate 20-30 people. Sitting area is spacious. Located very close to Hounslow East station, you can find parking just out of the restaurant for 4-5 cars and quite a lot in the lane few yards away.”

“Quality Indian food, packed with flavour. It’s not the oily, 1-taste-for-every-dish kind of place. In my opinion, their chef is actually a chef and is thinking about each dish. Worth the money, even though a little on the expensive side for what I am used to. Lovely friendly staff who are very accommodating and put you at ease. “Firstly, the staff were brilliant and very friendly. The food was very tasty and the portion was good. The food was also reasonably priced and arrived within the expected time. The atmosphere was at the correct temperature as well as the decor being very nice. As the food arrived the staff made sure we had everything and if we needed anything else, even half way through our meal they asked if there was anything more we wanted, this showed customer service at it's best. Will definitely recommend this place as I will be coming here whenever I come to Southall.”
