Everyman Belsize Park
“What can I say - hands down to the best cinema chain and love the Belsize Park branch as it has so many good restaurants and cafes nearby so I can grab something before or after movies! The staff are always so approachable and welcoming! Highly recommend”
Barbican Cinemas
“I love this cinema - from the world class programming, to the cosy seating & decor, the cafe which serves vegetarian/vegan foods, Pay what you can films on Fridays to the iconic architecture”
ArtHouse Crouch End
“Charming venue, amazing vegan and veggie food, delicious cocktails (at a very honest prices) and lovely staff members! Great place to study and do some smart working too as music isn’t loud and the vibe is perfect!”
Homeslice Neal's Yard
“Amazing pizza at Neal's Yard. A short walk from Covent Garden tube or Leicester Square tube. Neal's Yard is a pretty square. And Homeslice just gets all the 5 stars for their fantastic pizza. The pizzas are around £25 for the full pie. But this pie can feed a village. Their pizzas are possibly the largest I've ever seen. You can also choose 2 different halves when you order a pizza. This allows for more choice and keeps everyone in the group happy. They serve some nice wines and ales too. We are still dreaming of their pizzas weeks later.”
Cafe Hills Northwood
“Excellent service. All the staff was friendly. Food is ready quickly, good portion sizes and tasty. Perfect place for a quick bite and a nice hot drink”
Honey & Co. Bloomsbury
“Amazing Mediterranean food. We had a fantastic breakfast with lovely service. The pastry was good as well. If you are around that area, give it a try. Make sure to book in advance.”
PittaBun Camden
“I experienced warm service as soon as I came in to see this new, bright place with an earthy marble and modern wood aesthetic. Plenty of choice on the menu and detailed recommendations by a woman behind the bar was great. The lamb bun I decided to eat was very tasty and succulent, full of flavours, which I combined with a side of the spiced chips. Definitely tastier, cleaner and more filling than a typical gyros. I felt full enough but then wanted to try the apple crumble because the food was great quality so far. I was not let down at all - it was incredible. Just the perfect amount of sweetness and the ice cream was the best touch. Definitely a nice, fast food surprise and I will be coming back very soon.”
Boho Cafe ( Kings Road )
“Cozy and comfortable atmosphere in a calm neighborhood. Nice selection of cakes, snacks, and breakfast options. Delicious coffee and tea, prepared with an expert touch. Just perfect for a rest and to enjoy your time.”
Cask Pub & Kitchen
“I am not normally a burger lover but I like these because the Cask Pub & Kitchen uses quality locally sourced patties. Pavement seating for out door dining plus rarely seen draft craft beers and real real ales make this a perfect pre theatre venue. Less than 10 mins walk from Wicked or Hamilton”
The Virgin Queen
“Very cosy atmosphere, fireplace with a life fire. Best fish and chips ever.”
Barber Shop
“The barber cut my 13 year old sons hair and he said it’s the best cut (box) he’s ever had, we’re going sick today for another. The barber was friendly and professional”
Kindred
“This little (well the basement bar/restaurant is smallish but the rest of the venue combined is over 3 floors and can accommodate over 200ppl) hidden away restaurant under Hammersmith Broadway Station is out of this world! The food is super fantastic and the service is exceptionally excellent (special shout out, to Jessica!) Loved it and will be back very soon!”
Curzon Soho
“A really lovely cinema and bar! We went to go see Broker, 2023 (10/10 film) pretty last minute for a friends birthday and the staff were immediately lovely (notably tallulah who was so friendly and helpful) and ensured we got the best deals :) the food and drink is good too with options for dietary restrictions (I am dairy and gluten free and the staff were able to show me their options and substitutions in a very informative manner). The screens themselves were a great size and the seats were comfortable. I would definitely go back! Also if you’re under 25 you’re able to get discounts if you sign up and make an account !!”
Curzon Victoria
“Beautiful hidden gem of a cinema. Saw black panther. The seats are so comfy, the screen has a small amount of seats making it less busy - which is prefect. Just 10/10 experience. Would come again.”
Everyman Barnet
“This is best cinema in North London without a doubt. Screen 1 is art deco glory - beautifully restored by Everyman and filled with sink as you sit sofas and side tables. Booking is easy on the website. Arrive 30 minutes before the film and take advantage of the free parking to the rear of the cinema ( put your registration into the console on the left as you enter )do you can be seated and order from the menu. There are gourmet burgers, tapas selections and popcorn, all drinks including wine and bubbles. The service is to your seat and is fast. So when the film starts you are on the popcorn or shakes ! The screen is big and you have a full surround sound which gives you the full experience. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Toilets are on the ground floor to the right. Forget streaming or home cinema. A trip to Barnet Everyman is a meal out and quality big screen entertainment at a reasonable price. Recommended.”
Curzon Mayfair
“A fabulous place to go see a movie, Screen 2 very intimate setting, comfortable atmosphere. Screen 1 bigger auditorium but still a good viewing standpoint. You can take food and drink in from the bar area. Such a shame there was a Petition up calling it to be designated an Asset of Community Value to stop its closure! It’s one of London’s oldest cinemas. Would be a sad day if the cinema was to be made into a bigger club venue next to the existing attached restaurant and bar.”
Everyman Canary Wharf
“Think this is my new favourite cinema. Comfy seats, nice food and loads of space. Sure the screen is not the biggest but it's a much better experience.”
Franco Manca St Paul's
“Really good service. Delicious starters and special veg pizza. Been looking forward to try it for a while, not disappointed and highly recommend it.”
Soya Weybridge
“Nice Asian restaurant, warm ambience, very clean, servers are attentive and friendly. The food is not so tasty to my liking but that is subjective to one's preference really. Overall, deserving of 5 star.”
Megan's King's Road
“Service was immaculate - they hosted a brilliant Birthday dinner. Catarina, the events manager was fantastic. She supported the organisation and Co-ordination of the event, including a brilliant set menu. Catarina helped booked the Orchard Room and catered highly to dietary requirements. This was incredible birthday, fantastic event and great food. Highly recommend to book Megan’s for group events and dinner. The grilled chicken to the beef short ribs and lamb to my favourite hot cookie dough. Thank you again Megan’s!”
Baba Foundation
“I had palmnut soup for the first time today and it’s all I can think about. phenomenal food”
MUMBAI ZING
“Excellent venue for dinner and entertainment. Staff and management very courteous, friendly and helpful. Food found to be of great taste, quality and quantity. Will definitely return. Well done Mumbai Zing!”
Giggling Squid - Kingston upon Thames
“Visited this restaurant on Saturday with my sister. We ordered from the lunchtime tapas menu. There was a great variety on offer. Our food was delivered very quickly, was piping hot and fresh. The host and waiters were all friendly and polite. Service was excellent. Highlights were the salt and pepper squid, pork dumplings and Phuket mussels.”
28-50 Wine Workshop & Kitchen
“Lovely staff, the whole reason we came in! Just walking along looking for somewhere to eat and someone greeted us as we walked by and welcomed us in, so glad we took the chance. Food was fantastic, great selection of drinks. Beautiful restaurant.”
Chingon
“Excellent and traditional Mexican food. Honest product and top quality, good selection of tacos and larger plates. Service is good but could be a bit more welcoming. One thing to improve is the wooden plates used to serve the tacos: they don’t look great. Ceramic plates (as used for all the other dishes) would do a much better job.”
Chiki Riki
“I love that place. The food is always nice and fresh, I love the desserts and I am really happy that I can drink my favourite oat milk caramel coffee. The staff is always nice and friendly!”
Whippet Inn
“Lovely Sunday Roast in the heart of kensal Rise. Service was very good with good quality wines .”
Hoxton Barrel Pizza
“Lovely place! Great menu with lots of delicious frappuccino, drinks and cakes. Pizzas are awesome, the dough is moist, thin and crunchy at the same time. Very nice tomato sauce and good quality oregano and cheese. Best pizza I had in a long long time.”
Curzon Bloomsbury
“I've only been the once, in one of the small screens, but I would definitely go again. They show niche films that might not be showing anywhere else, and the atmosphere is cool and intimate. If I had to nitpick, the fridge had JUST been installed, so my Coke was only slightly chilled. A minor blemish on an otherwise good experience.”
Genesis Cinema
“Amazing independent cinema with loads of events and great prices! We go there almost every week!”
