I have read comments here that they are rude. but I have seen situations where they are literally disrespected and they hold their own. “This is my local corner shop /off licence. They sell alcohol, bread, milk, soap etc. The staff are all very very polite and the owners do their very best to make customers happy. If you ask them to get something for you that they dont stock, they try to get it.”

“I love Iceland. Their produce is good, bread is fresh, fruit and veg are fresh. The staff are very polite. The only problem i have is that they dont like using the 3 tills they have so it creates long queues!!! Their delivery service is excellent too. They are very rarely late and if they are running late the driver sends a message to let you know the time range he will be there. Its normally less than 20 - 30 mins.”
