“The staff at East Sheen are very helpful. They advise me because I always have lots of questions! Nothing is too much trouble, they’re very welcoming and know a lot about what’s on their shelves. Thank you to them, I know one lady is called Brenda (Breda?) I think there’s Mark (or Matt?) Monica (?) and Samita or Sanitta I’m not sure but they really help me with choosing the best product for what I want. This is what customer service should be like!”

“It’s always nice to discover cafes where the staff look excited and passionate about what they are doing. It certainly reflected in the coffee which was outstanding. Helena treats each project as if it’s her own, and the care and attention shines through. Issues are dealt with responsively and fixed well. Communication through the project was excellent. Additional advice is typically great, e.g. paint colours for walls. I’d recommend and use Helena and Zen again.”

They range from good, value oriented products, to high end products and services. They're partnered primarily with Euronics - I'm sure you've heard of them. So, the likelihood of Coopers offering a product that you're specifically after is very high. “A gem hidden away in East Sheen. I’ve visited many times and rave about it to all my friends back home. It’s the reason I fell in love with carrot cake. It is so good that I haven’t found any other that compares. Highly recommended! It’s truly a lovely cafe with many delicious options and the best coffee in town. “Our favourite spot in Putney. Having tried all of the coffee bars in Putney this is our absolute favourite. The coffee shots are always consistent and amazing quality - we are those people who will walk 30 mins to get an amazing cup of coffee and we couldn’t be happier to have found Monies on Upper Richmond Road. Staff are always so friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is so warm and the decor well designed. Having nailed the coffee they now do cheese and charcuterie boards on a fri and sat evening. You must go!! Each cheese is carefully hand selected from Borough Market, the meats are insane, they use amazing quality products from artisan producers and you can really taste the difference. A great selection of drinks too - ranging from wine to espresso martinis.”

“Called in for lunch yesterday & enjoyed delicious food (my partner had the loaded fries & I had a chickpea burger with fries) & drinks (I had a yummy but somewhat potent Singapore Sling!). Had a real buzz about it (despite the fact it wasn't that busy at 12) & the attention to detail from a decor perspective was great (lots of nods to music & even a skeleton!!). Tony was so lovely, and presented a wide array of styles. The band I settled on was simple but extremely well made (the picture doesn't do it justice!) and astonishingly, much lower than we expected. AND it included resizing! We were set to go back to our home in the US in a few days; Tony said he'd try to get it done before then but we said no rush, we have family in the area and we can have them pick and bring it over for the wedding. Two hours later, I get a call that the ring is ready! Tony had a little free time and wanted to make sure we got it before we left--such a thoughtful and kind gesture. They certainly have a customer for life! Can't wait to go back and browse their other gorgeous jewelry offerings.
