“I have today spent over an hour on the phone with these guys going through my non-standard home insurance quote. I can't tell you what they're like when making a claim, but I can tell you that their customer service is excellent on the quotes-end! Spoke to two advisers who seemed intelligent and were very helpful. They were Najid and Harry. A note to any internal staff reading this - I don't know if I just got lucky with these two guys, or if they're representative of the customer support staff you have in general. If it's the former, promote them quickly or they'll leave for a better job!”
