“I’m not one to leave reviews but for this Pharmacy I’m more than happy to! Have been with this pharmacy for a few years as has my family and they have been amazing with my regular repeat medication. Whenever there has been an issue with medicine shortage, they have always given me advice on how to resolve the situation or on what to do next. During COVID they were very attentive, especially with my parents and even offered a delivery service! Another perk that I have noticed is they tend to have more stock availability when it comes to medication. Even if they do not have it in stock they can order for the next day. I have dealt with a couple of pharmacies in the past that have been very limited when it came to providing me with my medication. Always reliable!”

Anyone who knows anything about healthcare knows they are not your servants and they have so many responsibilities that and rules to follow that they are under constant pressure. They are always polite unless a patient is demanding things that are not possible and then getting upset about it. You know who you are.”

“I was unable to get a certain drug from our normal pharmacy and telephoned Tesco Pharmacy, I spoke to the Pharmacist who was most helpful, checked and confirmed he had the drug in stock, held it for me until I drove to the Pharmacy, it was waiting for me when I arrived, I cannot praise the service I received any higher they gave the best service I have ever received. “I am totally mystified by the criticism posted by others. I have always found this practice, and its predecessor as The Orchard Practice to be really excellent. Helpful, patient and considerate staff, who manage to be helpful while under severe pressure much of the time. And all the doctors, nurses and other medical staff have been unfailingly polite, informative and responsive. Parking is limited which is problematic but this is hardly the fault of the Practice staff. Overall,i'm very very pleased and satisfied by the service I receive. Thanks You.”
