“I contacted Moss and Co 2 weeks ago in order to try and get some assistance on a long running landlord dispute regarding succession of a property. I received a callback and after a fact finding conversation and fee advice I agreed to a formal telephone appointment for the following week. The appointment lasted just under an hour and later that day I received a draft letter which I provided feedback on, the next working day I received the amendment which I then signed off on and a form for me to check and sign giving them authorisation to discuss my account with the housing association that the housing association may provide them with any information they might need to request. 3 days later I received communication from the housing association that they would no longer dispute my succession claim and I subsequently received a form later that evening to sign to complete my succession of the property in question.
