Richmond University - The American University in London (Richmond Hill Campus)
● Open“Richmond is a great place to work, it feels like a really diverse, friendly, international community. We’ve got really exciting times ahead in 2022 with a move to a new campus in Chiswick Park, accommodation available for our students in IQ Haywood House in West Hampstead and we are celebrating our 50th year. Great that our students put Richmond as one of the top five London universities for satisfaction levels in the quality of the course in the 2021 National Student Survey (NSS).”

PIANO WEEK International Festival & Summer School
● Open“Piano Week in December 2020 was a wonderful experience. I am a piano/music novice with just over a year experience and as an adult learner, I wanted an experience with first rate teachers in a comfortable environment to gauge where I was and how to move forward. Piano Week exceeded every expectation. I was able to work on a variety of pieces and accomplished several "firsts" - performing in front of others (virtually), composing, improvisation, while also getting wonderful coaching on how to polish a piece, how to start a piece, technical exercises, organizing practice time, etc. I walked away inspired by the quality of the teachers and grateful they were able to connect with a novice player, pick me up where I was and give me some tools to move forward! Wonderful chance to get focused exposure to world class musicians and teachers. I took the class remotely from the comfort of home but the logistics and attention to detail were very professional! Wonderful professional staff, great participants - highly recommended!”

Tango Movement
● Open“When I first started dancing tango 18 months ago, I went around London trying out different classes and teachers but was not satisfied with the progress I was making. I then travelled to Italy, Switzerland, and Germany and many other cities looking for the same but to no avail. One fine day, I met David in a Tango festival in London and he invited me to his classes. When I completed my first lesson with David and Kim I knew this was the place for me and these were my teachers from then on. As I continued the lessons under David and Kim's teaching, I was making rapid progress. As far as I am concerned in terms of elegance and style in Argentinian tango dancing, there is no other couple to match them in London. Their classes are extremely well structured and David is a very strict and passionate teacher who never gives up on his students. Kim and David ensure that you don’t leave the class unless you have learnt what was taught on that day. What is important in tango dancing, like anything else in life, is the continuity of lessons with a particular teacher. It is a good idea sometimes to try different workshops but you need one teacher whose style connects with you. David and Kim’s lessons are not just a series of tango moves but instruct you on how to dance with complete elegance and grace. Above all they are the only tango teachers I came across who are not totally money orientated and are more concerned with improving student performance on a weekly basis, building great relationships with their students and show genuine care for each and every student. If anybody wants to learn how to dance tango with elegance and feeling then David and Kim are your teachers.”

UKDC (UK Dance Connexion)
● Closed“For the past year, I've been learning to dance Brazilian Zouk and I can safely say, this school is easily one of the best dance schools to learn in. Everything from the venue, the facilities, the events, the styles and, most importantly, the teachers and students are incredible. You will instantly feel welcome here and you will be taught with a lot of attention, care and dedication by Pedrinho and Linda and their team. If you want to be a good dancer, then this is the place to do it. Looking forward to seeing you on the dance floor. ;)”

Flamenco Academy
● Closed“If you want to learn the perfect art of flamenco then Ollie is the perfect teacher. He's a superb dancer and exceptionally skilled in his craft. He has a true passion for flamenco and this is reflected in class. As a teacher he’s incredibly inspiring and encouraging and I love his attention to detail (he hears and sees everything!) Ollie cares about teaching correct technique, posture, rhythm and he most definitely has the ability to get the best from his students. His classes are challenging and great fun. You’ll be fully immersed in flamenco, with lovely people, and come away feeling energised and looking forward to the next class! Absolutely recommend The Flamenco Academy.”

Code Kids
● Open“My daughter (8) and son (6) are both attending Ms Razak’s weekly Minecraft Coding club in Blackheath. Since joining, I have noticed that their relationship to Minecraft and games in general has changed. They seem more interested in creating their own worlds with their own rules and want to understand how things work behind the scenes. They like it so much they asked to join the code kids half-term sessions. Very positive experience.”

THE LODGE PRE-SCHOOL & NURSERY LIMITED
● Open“My son attends the Lodge nursery. It’s a great little nursery, it’s always clean and the best thing about it is that all the girls who work there are friendly and attentive and my son particularly loves his key worker Chloe! They encourage the development of their soft and social skills which is great to see rather than just a focus on the curriculum which at that young age is equally important. Overall a great place for your little one to grow, makes friends and ultimately have some fun!”

The Gessner
● Open“I initially met up with the Senior Customer Relationship Manager whose attitude was professional, responsive, honest and extremely helpful. He was very patient as I slowly navigated my way through the process. I was later introduced to the rest of the team who were of a similar calibre which was reassuring. I was struck by the thoughtful modern design and layout of each flat and the quality of materials and appliances used to finish off. I like the Way of Life concept. Whilst I can have my own space and privacy, there is also the opportunity to share communal facilities and organised events. So far so good! I look forward to living a way of life that could uplift the spirit.”

All The Arts Theatre School Ltd
● Open“Fabulous theatre school with a fabulous team Lucy, Craig, Hannah, Sophie just to name a few really go above and beyond to ensure every child has fun and learns. Always opportunities to show of their skills and also to qualify in their chosen arts along the way. I wrote this review 4 years ago after my daughter having been at ATA for almost 4 years. She’s now been there almost 8 years and it is still the most amazing place. She gains so much confidence and skill from her classes and has thrived. She has gained LAMDA and IDTA qualifications in the plenty and is now a Grade 2. Sadly this is her final year due to us moving but she has loved every minute and we wouldn’t be without them. They not only are her teachers but they become an extension of the children’s families and help them not only with drama and musical arts but also support them when life is tough and they just need someone to listen. Thank you all for being the amazing team you are. We will truly miss you all. Xx”

The Dan Tien
● Open“My daughter absolutely loves it here. She was very fortunate to win a scholarship to study tap dance, ballet and acro and we have also just signed up to street dance. My daughter looks forward to her lessons every week, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. She has learnt so much in the time she has been here. It is very convenient having all the classes in 1 place and being able to go from 1 class straight to the next. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of joining, they also offer free trial classes so you can decide if you like it rather than having to commit straight away!”
