The owner is really knowledgeable and friendly and is always happy to give any interior advice. It is nice to see more independent shops popping up in the area, which create a nice community in the area.”

“From design to fitting and aftercare; Vin, Vlad, Harvey and Raman have been brilliant. Whilst our build was delayed, Vin was meticulous with design and planning working closely with our contractors and always provided advice balanced between design and ergonomics. Their fitter was second to none and wouldn’t settle for anything less than perfect whilst Raman and Harvey were extremely understanding and helpful whilst dealing with an unexpected event. Will be happy for years to come in the new kitchen.”

“I've been in here quite a few times because I am doing a lot of DIY around my flat, and every single time the staff have been extremely helpful. I was impressed because one of the guys there had clearly been thinking about one of the DIY problems I was having in-between visits, and had come up with a solution the next time I went in. Quite a small shop, but they seem to be pretty well stocked. Really appreciate their help.”

“I just purchased a Sleep Story Luxury 2000 divan set and was very impressed with the whole set up at Furniture Village Guildford. Talking to a properly qualified salesman (Ian McPhee) who actually knew what he was talking about was like a breath of fresh air. I also visited Dreams & DFS but couldn’t find anyone to help without them reading off the description cards attached to the beds. Ian was absolutely brilliant and a very nice chap also.”

From my first encounter with one of the female staff via a telephone call until the finishing of the kitchen I received nothing but patient, professional advice and understanding. One does not buy a new kitchen every day and I needed to get it right! David Stephenson, the designer, who worked with us came and saw the space, measured up and invited us back to see his results. He also had to consider the views of the builders who were undertaking our extension and had their own views about how things should be. Every person’s view was considered and the end product is just what I wanted. David also provided an ‘after-care’ provision to ensure everything was satisfactory. It feels like they've lost products or the amount of basic essentials to cater for clothing and a larger selection of food products in the chilled and frozen area. Self check out in the morning when opening would be handy as it can be busy and with only one staff on the till it's not ideal.”
