I was standing in front of the product and wondering how I would manage to take the item to my car, I didn't want to bother the team as they were busy with their tasks. Lewis approached me and asked if I needed help in a very friendly and cheerful manner. As a branch manager for a retail store myself I wanted to take the time to thank Lewis and make sure he was recognised for his natural initiative.
