“Have had a lovely stay at premierr inn. The downfall was the lady , Charlotte , on the desk becoming so abusive and walking into my room without asking which i find very strange and concerns me that someone can walk into anyone room when im not there and when asked why she replied i can do what i want . Very unprofessional and very angry lady but ive taken this further as this isnt aloud to happen. When checking out late because of this she called the police who didnt turn up as was a waste of there time very strange experience and very abusive. I have had an apology from customer services and premierr inn but im not satisfied with just an apology as im a young mum and this was very scary for me . The rest of staff are so kind. The resturants staff are all so nice and friendly and really good with children too. So welcoming and kind. The manager Sarah is so lovely and has made our stay really nice. The food is also really good and the drinks. Thank you .”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Frank and Sarah's - they are excellent hosts and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful and very comfortable with views over the garden and an ensuite which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great, lots on offer and all excellent quality. Would definitely go back and recommend this bed and breakfast to others.”

“Our cat floss has come home so content and the owners are so friendly, we will most definitely use your service again. From the time of booking, the pre visit and drop off everything was very professional and welcoming. Lovely well kept areas for the cats with space indoors and out. We had a horrific experience previously with a cattery so was weary to use one again. Thank you for looking after a well loved family cat. We don’t fee guilty for a holiday now as I feel like his had one too in your 5* cattery.”

“My dog, Rey has been going here for about 18 months and absolutely loves her day care days. The staff are amazing with her and she is really well looked after and always happy to go. The grounds are also really secure, with plenty of space, so I can relax knowing that can run around with no chances of escape! Thank you to Claire and her team for providing the best day care and boarding facilities!”

“Louise and the girls have helped Buddy so much after I rescued him at 7 months. They put so much love and care for him which is incredible. “I am writing this review as I was disappointed to see my daughter Jasmine Wallace wrote a review but only gave 3 stars! I have been bringing my dog Tigger to VIP pooches since he was 12 weeks old, ( he is nearly 4 now) and can only say, I would never take him anywhere else. Sophie is careful with him and always settles him in before she starts as with small breeds he can be a little nervous, but on collection he is always bouncing around. He is always well looked after and cut as I request, I only allow Sophie to dog sit for him too as she spoils him rotten. A well deserved 5 stars and shame on you Jasmine”

“I would strongly recommend this service to anyone and everyone. Kat has looked after Samson twice this year and I very much hope she will be available when I next go away. I know she is a true cat lover and genuinely cares about the welfare of her charges. As well as providing excellent care, Kat provided peace of mind via regular emails and photos. She even put the bins out and kept my tomato plants watered. And her thoughtfulness extended to leaving a pint of milk in the fridge for our return! An exceptional service that I am so grateful to have available to me.”

“our stay at the west view was absolutely excellent, we used this as a base to go to the BSB at brands hatch. leaving our car at the guest house. The welcome was was good and the rooms very comfortable, also the breakfast just perfect. Hope to use it next BSB at BH.”
