“My first visit to this particular location. Stayed here as was close to airport for my holiday but still close enough to central for me to go and explore London… Great room and service, checked in by Lara, very friendly smile. Restaurant not too bad for dinner had server Rachel, very happy lady. For breakfast was not the best buffet but good enough.”

“Stayed here whilst working nearby. Hotel has a very grand entrance/foyer. Room was fairly spacious and had everything we needed. Was a bit of a maze in the hotel, with lots of corridors. I went for a bit of a wander and there are lots of function rooms situated to the top of the hotel. When we stayed it was quiet so we had a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helped when our key card stopped working.”

“Good pet friendly apartment with very close proximity to the train and bus station. Spacious apartment and open terrace with amenities makes it a good choice for renting.The property manager Rajan has been super helpful from Day 1 making it smooth to settle in and his team fixing any issue quickly.”

“Pleasant welcome when we arrived. Very quick check in. Room was very clean & welcoming. Our room backed on to the busy M4 but never once heard the traffic. Bed was so comfortable best night sleep we have had in a very long time. Easy check out. Will definitely stay again.”

“I stayed here recently for a short stay for work. Without a doubt the best part of my stay was the breakfast and service that was given to me during my stay. Violeta was very friendly and served a very delicious breakfast buffet, cannot fault it in any way. I would definitely recommend and will be revisiting again in the future when in the area .”

“Honestly one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at. Much nicer than so many of the more expensive ones I've stayed it. Everything about it was lovely. Quick and easy service. Beds were very comfy. Bathroom was lovely. Loads of space for storage. The only thing was there wasn't a room service menu! But I could have asked for one if I wanted it. It was just great! Wish I could have stayed longer than a night.”

“Great location and not too far to drive to Heathrow airport. Busy roads around the hotel but we did not hear any noise from our room. Room was clean and comfortable for us as one night stay before we flew out the next day. Chargeable parking was not to bad. Lots of places to eat around the area.”

“The mercure is always a comfortable and enjoyable stay located in a quiet area for a peaceful sleep. The rooms are warm and clean and housekeeping are always available in the mornings.Check in is easy and fast the reception staff are all very patient polite and helpful even at busy times they are always cheerful and ready to answer any questions. I had eaten at the hotel and must say the food is just amazing.. always tasty and fresh.”

“Stayed for 1 night after meeting my partner at Heathrow on her return from Madrid. Reception staff extremely pleasant and helpful. I was going to use the airport shuttle bus to get to the airport but the lady on reception advised me to use public transport as it was a lot cheaper. Staff in restaurant were excellent as well. I would certainly stay here again.”

“Amazing place with friendly staff, who are very helpful and always approachable. The rents have gone up currently due to the market conditions, but it’s totally worth the price as it has a lot to offer with various communal gardens, designated kids’ play area, co-working space and a lot more! The view from it’s roof top garden is so beautiful that you could spend the whole day out there! The team works very hard to serve their tenants and come up with get-together parties regularly. The locality is very well connected with the station, grocery stores, and the high street at a walkable distance from the building. With such a great connectivity and so much on offer, Fizzy Hayes is too good to be missed out. So if you are considering Hayes or nearby area for your move, Fizzy Hayes is the clear choice!”

“Dropped my cat off for 12 days while we were on holiday abroad. Lovely place with a lovely owner who is a cat lover. It was easy to find with lots of parking. Really local to me so it was convenient and had room to accommodate for my cat, with a heated blanket to keep her warm during the night. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local cattery to keep your cat while you are away.”

“A convenient hotel if you need to be near the airport. Recently renovated, the rooms were clean and fresh. The beds were the most comfortable beds I slept on during our entire holiday. A full British breakfast was included with our room. Only downside was that the nearest tube station to get into the heart of London was quite a ways away. You have to take a bus several stops to get to the tube.”

“Just stayed here for the night booked a family room which had plenty of space for kids to play around. Neat and tidy rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was included. Reception was lively ( nice world cup atmosphere ) Receptionist were both extremely professional and helpful. Packing is on first come first serve basis so make sure you arrive around checkout time. Even though it's quite a small hotel overall I was impressed with the level of sound proofing, rooms had pin drop silence at night even though the Hotel was extremely busy.”

“Good priced hotel. Smallish room but very comfortable bed and good sized shower. Bar and restaurant area looked very modern and attractive. Parking space outside is a bit limited and tight. You can pay at reception rather than via your phone, but that wasn't obvious from the signs.”

“I like the place. It was quite, clean, and close to airport. If one has to find cheap hotel along with peace of mind just go for it. I also thank the receptionist for his warm welcome and helpful behaviour, though he doesn’t understood English perfectly but he is very nice guy. Overall no issues with the place”

“A good sized apartments, very clean and beautifully part furnished with essentials like fridge, dishwasher, washing and dryer, not noisy as you can't open windows, nearest to all the bus stops and transport links, parking space available”

“It has a very nice rooftop view of airplanes land and taking off at Heathrow airport but there is no ventilation inside the flats so it can get a bit smelly in the house if you don't open the windows. Overall its a great place to live.”
