“Best Turkish in Essex! Been eating here for years and never had a bad meal. The bread is the best I’ve ever had; so deliciously seasoned and their homemade chilli sauce is incredible! Highly recommend ordering the hummus kuvurma. Mains are very large, would recommend sharing 1 between 2 people, or if you order your own and can’t finish it, ask for a takeaway box. My go-to main is the sarma chicken beyti; absolutely delicious! I forgot to take a picture because I was too excited to eat it, but I’ll be sure to get a picture next time I go and update this review.”

“Had a delivery last night consisting of a range of dishes, along with rasmalai for dessert. We couldn't fault the food. The portions were extremely generous. We were given sauce, poppadoms and salad for free. They have a good range of dishes for meat eaters and vegetarians. We would definitely buy again.”

It was very busy at the time and we waited a little longer than our appointment time but it was worth the wait as we left feeling relieved having had everything explained to us. “Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and very clean unfortunately, there was no breakfast cook so only continental breakfast was available however, the pub next door served full English buffet breakfast which was excellent. All amenities were available I.e hairdryer, iron etc. Would stay again”

“Tried this Chinese after our regular was closed for the night. I think this will now become our regular Chinese. The food had loads of flavour, not greasy. Packaged nicely with clear lids to see the food, the sauce pots were in a tray so no risk of leaking in the delivery bag. The food was also nice and hot, and the chips were good and not rock hard like most are from chinese takeaways.”

“Bluebell Ward B at Queens hospital have very caring, patient and courteous nursing staff. I have no idea how they do it. They’re busy nursing yet constantly plagued with requests from elderly patients for tea/water/food (despite these things being in front of patients). One patient had them running round like servants/staff in a 5 star hotel yet they are still pleasant and patient with her - amazing!”

“Jemma provided an excellent standard of care for my two guinea pigs while I was away for a week. One of our piggies is on medication and Jemma’s experience and knowledge was amazing. She provided us with regular updates and photos and it was a home from home for them. Jenny and Simone are looking forward to staying at Sleepy Burrows again soon!”

“Amazing service from this place. I have been going there since they opened a few years ago and have always had the best service I’ve ever had from any barber shop before. The barbers always listen to requests and offer their input if maybe the request is not possible. Place is always clean and tidy and the barbers nice to talk to and you get a nice vibe here. Started going there after a run of lots of bad haircuts elsewhere and finally found my barber for the future here.”

“I cannot recommend Vets for Pets in Chadwell Heath highly enough. We have been coming here for years for treatment of our 2 cats and the love and care they received is second to none. Unfortunately we recently lost our little George who was rescued by Cheryl and then adopted by my dad. The care, respect and dedication to treatment Caroline showed George from the outset was amazing and we can never thank her enough for giving us the extra precious 6 months with him. They also diagnosed our other monster with diabetes and were great at showing us how to treat this at home and he is still thriving. Thank you for all you do xx”
