“I hit the jackpot finding Dr. Karoshi, best Gynaecologist! Found him here through online search and made my appointment because of these reviews so thank you to everyone who took the time to write one. He is extremely professional, listens, takes his time to discuss everything and his consultations are educational. Highly recommended. I do not live in England but I can continue our consultations via video call and I will travel back for further in-house appointments. 5 stars is not enough!!”

“Had my pre assessment for Total knee replacement surgery with nurse called Salome. She was absolutely lovely and made me feel very relaxed. She explained what would happen and what I need to do before and after the surgery in detail. An extremely helpful and wonderful person to help you feel at ease.”

“Great flat in a lovely street. The flat is beautifully decorated and has every amenity, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room, and bedroom. 5 minutes walk to the tube. Would definitely recommend, warm, and welcoming.”

“I had a Bi-Lobectomy at Harefield hospital July 2nd 2020. Although a terrifying time i was made to feel very relaxed by all the incredible attentive and caring staff. Everthing was done very professionally and in good order. After the operation I was in Cedar 2 ward. The only downside was the occasional beeping of some of the monitors but other than that a peaceful and relaxing ward with lovely views of trees and the grounds. All the Nurses in the ward were very Friendly and nothing was a problem. The ward, shower and toilet areas were all immaculately clean. Even iss who did the catering/cleaning had wonderful staff who cheerfully cleaned and took orders for meals and drinks and delivered them. The food all in all was excellent! If you are having an operation at Harefield don't worry you are in VERY good hands.”

“I attended the Northway Clinic with my mother and grandmother to obtain supporting travel documents. Dr Bodani was an extremely polite and gracious gentleman. He dealt with my family's request promptly and efficiently. I will be returning there with my partner in the future. The building was excellent and clean. Staff all friendly, polite and welcoming. I thoroughly recommend this excellent establishment.”

“Our kitten Jake spent his holidays at the Village Cat Hotel in Caterham. It was his first time at a cat hotel and we had been a bit anxious, hoping that he would be happy there while on a family holiday. Emma could not have been more lovely and sympathetic to how we were feeling when dropping him off. She showed us around and allows us to stay to feel confident leaving him. She explained procedures and we asked any questions we needed to. I hope away, we got a Jake update every two days, with pictures and it honestly cemented our choice of cat hotel. We missed him so much and this really helped! She told us all about how he had settled and what he got up to every day. It completely put us at ease and showed that she really got him. We have already booked him in for his next holiday in October. We would highly recommend for anyone!”

Having had issues with numb legs and back pain I was referred to St Albans City Hospital and was diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis and Spondylolisthesis I was seen quickly by Dr Bhalaji and team and put forward for surgery. The surgery wait time was very short and I have been given exceptional care by Dr Bhalaji and the orthopaedics team at St Albans City Hospital. I couldn’t ask for a more caring team and the information I was given regarding my condition and the benefits and risks of surgery were explained clearly and if I had any questions these were answered in a timely manner and in a supportive friendly way. I am now applying for my PhD in Human Rights in King's College, LSE and UCL. The Teachers are willing to help whenever you needed. I am very happy with the college and the collaborated University. “Whilst my mother has already passed away, she received such great care from the Haematology/cancer department here. Although she was terminally ill, we looked forward to our appointments here solely due to the fact that the nurses, phlebotomists and doctors were simply nice.”

“This is very convenient and the service is relatively quick, especially compared with Mayday Hospital. I went for an X-ray and it was done in 30 minutes, with a smooth process from checking in, waiting and being called. The car park is expensive but on street parking across the road is free for an hour. Alternatively, there is a much cheaper car park next to the church, which is next to this hospital.”

“Stayed here for a trip to Windsor and Legoland. Nice family room with all the amenities needed. Nice helpful staff. Good breakfast with plenty of variety. Kids loved it as the planes are REALLY low coming in to Heathrow and they got a good view sitting in the hotels restaurant.”

“I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local.
