During the recent heatwave they’ve kept the dogs cool and safe and following minor injuries twice this year, they’ve given special care to my eldest dog and ensured he had only gentle exercise on lead. “Our very lively, strong and intelligent 2 & a half year old black Labrador Ace stayed with Matt for a week in August for the first time. Matt is a very kind and calm person with a lovely home in a fabulous location. On our meet and greet visit, Ace immediately took to Matt and I could see that he would be very well looked after. His love for dogs is very evident and I was confident that he would care for my boy like his own. Matt sent us regular updates and fantastic photos of their walks and play at home with lots of reassurance that Ace had settled in well. When we picked him up Acecwas very happy, confident and looked well fed and content. We immediately re- booked with Matt to look after Ace for our next trip and would 100% recommend Ruffles. Thanks Matt !”

“They have beautiful spacious kennels including 'family' rooms where all my dogs can still be together. They feed my pups the food I provide for them (raw food) to the schedule that I keep at home. But enough about that my dogs love it there. They love the staff and run to them for cuddles the second I open the car door. That is the most important thing. I know if my dog could write a review they would give it a 6 out of 5.”

“Amir and his partner did a great job repairing our boiler in Jan. It was an unusual and tricky job due to the back of our house being knocked out for an extension. The guys methodically checked the boiler and explained what they were doing and why every step of the way. They discovered multiple issues and were able to repair on site; all included in the hourly rate. A real class act I'd happily recommend them to anyone.”
