It doesn't get a lot of use, but I'd expect it to have a longer lifespan. Ali came to take a look 3 days after I got in touch, verified what he'd deduced to be the problem based on my explanation and a video I'd sent to him, and a couple of days later he came back to fit the 3 required spare parts. “I used GES a couple of weeks ago when I was moving out of my flat. It was like an end of tenancy clean, except I was moving out of my flat and new owners were moving in. I needed some cleaners at short notice (about 4 days before moving out), and I was so glad that they were able to do it at such short notice! The communication and quote ahead of the day were really good. I had two people from GES come round to clean, and they were brilliant. It wasn’t easy because they were having to do the cleaning despite the removals process having taken longer than anticipated) - they were great, and good-humoured about it.
