“I just wanted to drop you all a quick note and especially Richard for your fantastic help and support in my hour of need. Last week whilst on furlough, I decided to try and un-block my downstairs cloakroom sink and what was meant to be an easy job, turned into a situation whereby my whole pop-up plug assembly and u bend needing replacing. I phoned your good selves and spoke to a very helpful and polite lady and explained my DIY dilemma. The lady assured me not to worry and that she would get Richard to call me back. Richard called me back within 5 minutes and told me to come down to your premises and he would help me out. Cut a long story short, Richard was extremely helpful, polite and got all of the parts that I needed, talked me through reassembly and said he would be available to talk to on the phone if I had any issues when putting everything back together. His help and advice was spot on and I got the job done. Richard observed all of the correct precautionary anti - Covid 19 government advice throughout my visit, which was even more reassuring. I felt that the least that I could do would be to take 5 minutes to thank Brands Of Watford for being open, Richard for being at work and for his brilliant service and assistance! “Jaydon's work was excellent repaired both internal plastic trim and seat leather and vinyl on my Jaguar. Suffice to say that I am extremely hard pressed to see where the repairs were (or even guess they were there in the first place if I hadn't known). At the same time he restuffed and reshaped the seat bolster which had deteriorated with age. All round an excellent job(s) completed in some 3-4 hours with minimum personal disruption and great attention to detail and quality of work. Recommend his work and also Jaydon himself who is very personable and more interested in the quality of his services and products than the speed with which does the job. I would use again and would recommend.”
