“Have been using these guys for quite some time now and they never fail to deliver and are always there in an emergency. Dan at SBL is a really nice guy and will do whatever he can to sort you out, so 10 out of 10 on customer satisfaction. All round, these guys are the ones to go to if you want a top quality service without any compromise. Couldn't think of anyone else I would ever use apart from these guys.”

I’m not sure why anywhere serves chips - and peas here - in a metal container. I’d much prefer they were just put on the plate. I enjoyed the food and service was quick and friendly.”

“We’ve been very impressed right from our first contact with Home from Home. Martin and Emily were very responsive and thorough when dealing with our registration and first booking. They were able to find a carer who’s experienced with our breed, which was very important to us. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful carer! She sent us regular ‘pupdates’ and we were able to enjoy our break safe in the knowledge that our dog was having a lovely holiday too! We won’t hesitate to use the service again - very highly recommended!”

“I visited Benchmark in Staines, and I was greeted by Ty and Mo, they really understood what I wanted and what I needed, Mo put down on paper all my ideas and everything was great, everything got delivered on super fast time as my project was in a very tight schedule. “This was the 1st time we used Willows Cattery for my Bengal cat Tommy and l am very pleased to say that Natalie and Ian have both been amazing with a 5 * service....amazing and Tommy came back happy and stress free. “One of the few takeaways that satisfies my hunger for good food on the go, best falafel in Staines town and surrounding areas by far. The owner/head chef is a really nice guy and makes some really good traditional Lebanese/Syrian food! Well worth a visit, its not your average kebab house. 10/10”

“Easy to book and update. Alerts sent in advance of trip. SMS and email alert nearing your arrival. The driver is super attentive - even calls and SMS beforehand. Comfortable, hassle-free, and safe journey to hotel. Why bother figuring out where you need to go with public transport or wait endlessly at cab queues that may not be the most reliable. My 1st time using and I would use them again for future trips.”

“A very pleasant visit, was shown several mattresses, was fully informed of the properties of each mattress and which would suit my needs most, was able to make the purchase and take the mattress away with me. very helpful polite and pleasant and also loaded the mattress into the car for me, a very nice personal service that is lacking in a lot of other stores these day would highly recommend”

“A very comfortable stay was had at Heathrow cottages, our host could not do enough for us, including taking us to the airport to get our flight. Very friendly and felt like home from home, would highly recommend and would stay there again. Added bonus was watching the planes take off”

“Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

“Old school pub, great for locals and brilliant on a match night! They have sky and last time I went for a rugby match game it was packed. Staff are friendly and attentive also! Recommend!!”
