“I first visited Carl at the SpineLab in 1998 with a persistent hamstring problem that I couldn't shake off. At the time I was playing league cricket so this was a big problem for me. Drama, Art, Music and everything else you can think of are done with the same enthusiasm and professionalism and dedication as the work on the academic curriculum.”

“Food that tastes real ! I love exploring new cuisines and came across this gem. The management was kind enough to make me a portion consisting a variety of items. I really loved everything. The chicken with cream of mushroom was so tender, the pork & sausage strew had so much texture to it, the cabbage and meat rolls were so fresh and soft. I was loving the food so much that the management made me try small portions of the soups mainly, sour chicken soup, tripe soup, beef soup and vegetable soup. They were all yummy and the ingredients tasted so fresh. I was even made to try the cheese doughnut with cranberry sauce , which also was amazing. I will be visiting often.”

“I suffered from an exceptionally bad case of frozen shoulder after having my first Covid jab in February 2021. I was trying to get this sorted via my doctors which proved to be nigh on impossible. I spent 5 months not being able to use my arm. I was given exercises over the phone!!! Rubbish. Anyway, short story is, I booked in with Jai in October. In 45 minutes my super hero got my arm moving. It hurt like mad but it was worth it. He said it will take 18months to get back to normal which, with his help and expertise I am grateful. He is a fantastic physio. A genuine, lovely, funny, gentlemen with magic hands. I highly recommend him to help you.”
