Riverside Nursery Schools, Grosvenor House Twickenham (Holly Road)
● Closed“We have had such a positive experience with this nursery I thought it deserved sharing. Our 1 year old started a few months ago and the staff have just gone above and beyond in their care. The Manager Lizzie answered every question we could possibly have without hesitation on our first meeting. Walking around on a tour you can see that she knows every child in each class and they run up to her to say hello. Since starting she has spent one on one time with our child playing football and knows every detail of his day when we see her. How she finds the time to go to this level of detail while managing everything I have no idea! Gemma who supports her is the same and alongside our key workers Lauren and Faith they have helped make the transition so smooth and really tailored their care for our child. (Accommodating our nap times/baby lead weaning/suggesting where to bring personal toys or comforters from home etc). Each morning they take onboard any requests we have and every evening they give us a full de-brief of his day. They also offered courtesy calls throughout the day if we had any worries or needed reassurance after he had been unwell at the weekend. While we haven't met the other staff in person they seem to know our son and regularly wave if we see them out on walks on days when he is not in nursery! All in all we would very much recommend the nursery based on the personnel and the level of care.”

Brook House Nursery
● Closed“This is a wonderful nursery! The setting is homely and the staff are dedicated, knowledgeable and very caring. My daughter was in the Pre-school room for 18 months and has been given all the tools she needs to start school with ease. I am often amazed by the wonderful artwork she brings home and she loves all the special activities such as ballet, music lessons and visiting the nursery's allotment. The staff have always been quick to react to any concern I have and produce a monthly newsletter to keep parents up to date with future plans. They do everything they can to inspire the children, e.g. this Spring they hatched chicks and the year before they hatched butterflies. It's been clear from the offset that to staff it's a vocation and not just a job. I could not have left my child in safer hands.”

St Edmund's Primary School & Nursery
● Closed“My four children attended St Edmund's and all were very happy. They received an excellent all-round education from an experienced and caring staff, in a warm but ambitious environment. I am now a governor at St Edmund's and am impressed every single time I attend the school for visits or meetings, at the absolute passion that all school staff have to ensure that every single child makes excellent progress and learns lifelong skills. I can't recommend this school highly enough, I am proud of my children and what they have achieved and give a good part of the credit for this to St Edmund's.”

Archdeacon Cambridge's C Of E Primary
● Closed“A truly excellent school - the teachers know their pupils well and are familiar with their individual needs and personalities. They are competent and calm, attentive and caring. The atmosphere here is one of enlightened curiosity and acceptance. My son flourished here, although he was a sensitive child who was diagnosed with dyslexia - they are so good with dealing with issues like bullying in a positive way that gets results. The children are lovely; polite and happy, for the most part.”
