Pugal did what he did and is a very patient, professional and kind individual. There were moments where I was screaming like a baby but in all goodness I came to the clinic with crutches and left walking. “Went for my booster jab, I've had 2 jabs and a flu jab no pain before but this was held opposite in a baptis church. 1st time I felt pain after a needle, told the guy "that hurt and you need to be more gentle" he said if you can do better. I got up and told were not animals and to be gentle with the next patient.”
