Amazing young barber with so much potential and so polite. Excellent at communicating with the customer, knowing exactly what they want and what would suit them. I got a Mid-Taper Fade and walked out the barbershop extremely satisfied with my hair cut. 110% visiting again for his taper fades.”

“A Covid test will never be as pleasant as a massage. The best we can hope for is that it's not any more unpleasant than absolutely necessary. I had booked the 12 hour fit-to-fly PCR test, was served at the time booked, given the choice to self-test under supervision or have the staff do it, and staff were very polite throughout - nothing to complain here. The result arrived after less than six hours - very happy with that. In an ideal world, I would never do a Covid test again, but in the real world, if I need one in the future, I'm likely to use the same service.”

She continued to be responsive and helpful after I'd agreed and paid, which shows her dedication and humanity. I've never felt scammed, rushed, or misled and always had the impression of professionalism and genuine care. She's been crucial to the whole experience so appreciate that. I came a few minutes late and was told I might not be able have my brows waxed and tinted but they can do my lash lift and tint which I was fine with but they managed to do both for me! “I had been registered with them for years and have never had any issues booking appointments. You have to ring first thing in the morning for appointments. Due to COVID, they had been offering telephone appointments and these days offer both face to face and over the phone to suit patients needs. Competent doctors and ladies at the reception are very friendly.”
