He was able to discuss the full process of valuation with Yardna (as well as the differences between insurance valuations and the 'wholesale' or jewellery company purchase value). Scott went above and beyond to reset a stone that kept becoming loose in my ring and, in doing so, identified in seconds what was wrong with the existing setting (which no one had done previously) and completely rebuilt the clasps – all in a day.
