“Absolutely outstanding customer service. Went to them to map my Rally Subaru Impreza WRX ahead of an event this weekend and there were issues with the new turbo that had been fitted. Both Neil and his team mate, worked from 12 when the issue was found, until 8 pm that evening without a break. They loaned me a replacement turbo, replaced the turbo and remapped the car again so that i could make the event this weekend. I expected that come 5:30 or 6pm latest that they would have shut the shop and asked me to come back the next day...I was totally taken aback at their dedication to getting it in shape so i could race it. I have used them on 3 seperate occassions over a 15 year period and i would highly recommend them as a business and will without doubt use them again. Straight talkers, professional, clean and tidy workshop. Cannot recommend enough.”

“Service in excellent!!! Incredibly excellent vehicle repair centre in South Harrow. I’m repairing all my car faults under one roof from electric fault to Machanical fault all being undertaken by high standards with a reasonable charges!! Once I have bought and replaced myself a wrong battery to my car from Eurocarparts. Then later days, when I checked this battery at this garage, then the owner Ramesh said that it was a wrong and less powered battery and he really helped me to exchange this battery to a high quality one by calling Euro car parts. Because of his rapport with Euro car parts, they had agreed to exchange the battery even after 3 months of initial purchase. This is just one significant example out of many. I would highly recommend this Garage and the dedicated owner!!”

“Excellent service. I pulled up with a slow puncture and within half an hour the tyre was repaired and back on the car. The tyre pressure in the other 3 wheels was checked without the need for me to ask. I've never had all tyre pressure checked in other tyre centres. They went the extra mile by checking the pressure all the wheels.”

“A gem of a garage. Friendly, honest, polite, helpful, good value, not pushy at all, and don't replace things unnecessarily but advise you of potential future issues. As a customer who knows little about cars, I never feel like I'm being played or ripped off as I have done at other mechanics in the past. They are also nice when dealing with women which I have observed is not always the case at other places. In summary, this is a great mechanic and you should feel very confident going there even if, like me, you know little about cars.”
